Will never return to this Cordova location and cancelling my membership ASAP. My wallet and car keys were initially lost, and then STOLEN on Saturday, January 28th 2023. The manager, "Mike" was incredibly nonchalant, rude and inappropriate. The employees and the manager all acted as if it was no big deal. Upon further reading of past reviews, I know now that this was likely intentional. A review from 4 weeks ago states that employees at this location often steal wallets, and there was another young man who stayed until closing on the same night as us that was very upset his wallet was mysteriously missing. Mike threatened to call the police on that young man.
ONE nice young lady employee offered to help search for the items in the ball area. She started to use the shovel, around 8pm, and then another employee instructed her to STOP and that my items could not be searched for until after they closed (10pm). I had my 3 and 6 year old with me, already upset and tired. We waited until closing and then searched again. The manager, a white guy in his mid 40s I assume, stated his name is Mike and that he couldn’t be bothered “to destroy my property with the shovel. Once that shovel starts digging in those 100,000 balls in there, it’ll be a mess. There’s a million dollars in there, I bet. Ha.”
I had to take a Lyft home around 11pm with my 3 and 6 year old with me. The next day, there were attempted unauthorized charges and invoices on my debit card and PayPal account. Very convenient. $300 out of my pocket for a new key fob and key, plus had to Lyft back to the location. Also, the manager, Mike, was literally SCREAMING at all of his young and black employees: “HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO TELL YOU TO TIE A FXCKING KNOT IN THE TRASH BAGS?!?!?!”- right after they closed and were cleaning. My children were mortified. It was the most upsetting experience I’ve ever had.

Read moreDisappointed w the service at urban air at trinity commons on Germantown parkway. Azaria our hostess was nice but when it came down to get things started she wasn’t all in to hosting . We had a birthday party and she knew we had kids still coming and she disappeared with the kids socks and the waivers and the wrist bands . I had To go to the front desk to ask for her and tell them we had more kids showing up . When she finally came i had To round up the kids so they can get their socks and wristbands. (It’s hard to have young kids waiting when they see other kids playing all over the place) she disappeared off and on . I’ve hosted parties before , been to hosted parties and my daughter hosts too at other parties so maybe it’s me but hosts/hostess stay on their job and make sure all is good. And it was just our party at first. Another party came in next to us , and they looked like they were going through the same thing we were w/ the same hostess . I had To go back to the front desk to ask for more water for the guests and was told i had To wait on her to get done w/the other party before we could get our drinks . Yea she was hosting two at this time but , what about earlier ?kids and adults waited too long for service we got, They should have two hosts to help out w a party if it’s too much. And then came check out time , the kids didn’t get their favor bags/ favor scratch offs. My friends son had a party there before and got all that for his guests but we didn’t . She said they don’t have them but it’s in the package that i paid for. And they added her tip to final payment , which was paid prior to party . Well the tip was too much for the service we got and I’m calling them first thing...
Read moreWhere to begin!! Food was pretty good but don't expect it to come quickly or all together or hot the first time! They either don't have enough workers or they have them poorly distributed I believe the latter. At the main trampoline section there were like 10-12 kids just sitting in the bounce area making it hard for the kids actually jumping to spread out but there was no worker there to help. However there were like several by t he ballpit and dodge ball section. The manager (I'm guessing he was the manager as he was one of the few adults working) stayed out of sight most of the time until it was getting close to clean up time. They have no capacity for adults to sit which leads to a lot of drop offs (and we know how that ends ask the Paradiso). The service was blah. I mean you purchase a family meal with soda the drinks come before the food which takes forever. Kids drink the soda before food is close to arriving because they are hungry and thirsty from jumping ( yes we ordered food soon as the kids went off to jump thinking it would be there by the first break like 30-45 min we were wrong) but once food comes there is nothing to drink and of course no refills even though they came way before food (sure this is by designto get more money). Plus some food was sent back because believe it or not ot was cold even though it took like an hour to come!! I mean it was not the best time only went for my sister and neice, because I hardly ever take my kids and when I do I never buy food maybe something to drink but usually go eat elsewhere afterwards. For what they charge the experience should...
