I’m rating three stars because the food is actually good but the service and social distancing guidelines are poor. We dined in January and the service was HORRIBLE. The waitress rolled her eyes a few times when we had questions about the menu and I could see that Everytime people walked in she would roll her eyes as if she was annoyed that people wanted to eat at the restaurant or come in to pickup their food. Yes, they were busy and it was the middle of a lunch rush but that doesn’t give you an excuse to be rude to your customers. Looking around at other tables I could tell they were not happy with the service they were receiving either. Lots of wondering eyes wondering where their food and/or waitress was at. I waited for 45 minutes for pho while the rest of my family’s food had arrived. If you’re familiar with pho, you know that’s a 5 minute dish to prepare. Turns out.....They forgot about my bowl. I watched people that sat 20-30 minutes after us get their pho bowls way before me. The pho was good but I have had better pho bowls around Memphis. Maybe I was just upset that I had to wait so long for it. Either way....still not acceptable to wait 45 minutes for soup. Lastly, this establishment is not adhering social distancing at all. It was a full house and literally every single seat was full inside. Thankfully the family that they tried to sit right next to us got up and left so we were pretty safe in our corner but everyone else was right on top of each other. The vegetable fried rice doesn’t have any additional vegetables like other restaurants. Just the basic frozen carrots and peas but it was still tasty. Read moreThe food was good but the overall experience was very unpleasant. It was the first week of January on a nice gloomy day. We decided on Pho for lunch. Five minutes after we were seated the air came on. At first I thought it may take second for the initial cool air that was circulating in the shop to warm up, but when my nose started to run I ask them to turn up the heat. So they adjusted the temp, but we're still shivering five min later. I asked them to turn it off and they commented back saying that it was raised all the way up to 70°. 😱😲 No wonder, that's why we were so cold. When temp reached 70°, the air shut off, I thought, ok lets forget about that and just enjoy our food. We waited almost an hour for our food. There was one table ahead of us and they had already paid for their food when we were being seated. 😕 Afterwards, we walked two doors down to Chang's bubble tea for some sesame balls. When we came back to the car, the shop owner or whoever he was, rushed over to us as were getting in our car, and ask for our copy the receipt, because somehow we picked up the wrong copy. There we were, digging in our purses and pockets for a so called wrong copy. How stupid is that. We left a signed copy of the bill and tip in cash. Read moreNormally, I'm pretty patient but this experience needed a review.. Waited 10-15 minutes before a server brought us a menu. While waiting for our food (another 15-20 mins), a guy who appears to be a regular got served pretty quickly before us. The owner came from behind the kitchen served him & made sure he was good. After receiving our food, my daughter noticed baby bugs in our soup. We decided to not finish our meals & just leave. So I waited 10 minutes for the check, nobody came. I noticed the owner again, came from behind the counter brought the "regular/vip " customer his check. He looked @me several times & did not ask if I needed anything. I waited another 10 minutes, nobody came. So I shouted, "Can I get the check please.". I was upset at this point because the owner practically catered to one customer while me & my daughter sat & waited to be serviced, the food was not that great either. We didn't bother telling them about the bug because I was too upset at that point. He noticed I did not tip on the receipt & made a comment to the server about it. I'm very observant. The server returned, I gave him a tip since with a note on the receipt for the owner. Will not...
