Went in for brunch on Saturday 9-16-23 I ordered the chicken strips and waffle for $ 20 . The tenders were hot but my waffle was cold. The waitress took so long to come back by time she did everyone else in my party was done eating so I said I’ll just take the tenders the waitress says ok. The waitress comes back with a $40 tab charging me $18 for 3 tenders I stated 3 tenders for $18 she said yes I said but I didn’t get the waffle so let me speak to your manager. The manager who I saw sitting at the bar prior was sitting with friends laughing finally she comes over with an instant nasty attitude and told me that if was to receive a waffle now it was an additional $6 because now it’s a-la-carte. And if I was to get the waffle now it would mess up their inventory. For a waffle I should have received with the piss poor service in the first place. The waitress should have said ma’am I’ll bring you another waffle because you will still be charged the same. She never explained that because if she had I would have taken the waffle to go. Inventory on pancake batter??? Needless to say because gratuity is already added in she received a $7 tip!!! And the management sucks because as a manager she should have apologized and said ma’am because of our mistake we will remake you a waffle. As a business owner I will NEVER return!!! Reservations are done through Google! I'm not much of a club person and the vibe uniquely club. 18% gratuity is added regardless which is fine definitely not an issue but the sign only said it was auto with parties of 6 or more. Our 1st time here our sever was okay not very attentive. Food was good but pricey. We came to sample the entire menu. Menu is al a carte $56 for 8 lamb chops no so sides unless I count the arugula they were sitting on.. They do not accommodate seafood allergies everything is fried in the same oil so we ordered as much as we could that was pan cooked so my friend could eat a few items. My friends would like to experience a Friday night but me not so much. They were also out of several menu items we wanted.

My first time going here on a Monday. It opens at 4:00 pm. Got there about 5:30. No action, but the patio was open. Bar tender advised us to return around 6:30 so we could get seats. That was great advice because all of the booth seating is blocked off as RESERVED and there is very limited general seating. There was a live band with a lead vocalist, but for some reason she kept looking at her cell phone during her set. Don't know what that was all about maybe she was reading the lyrics of the songs she was singing. The wait staff loitered around the kitchen entrance so had to go to the bar to order my drinks. Couldn't order food with the bartender, but she did get a waitress to us. Bartender was nice, and the drinks were well made. This place has a loyal patronage, that being said I hope the owner has plans for expansion or moving to a larger venue to allow for more general seating. Saturdays are packed so get...
