Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Memphis

SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!! The Worker/Manager named: Sam, is the most professional person who works at this ice cream shop! He makes beautiful cakes and he is kind and friendly to all customers (even the rude ones)! A lot of the unprofessional workers (young kids) are no longer there (for obvious reasons)! I prefer him when I go in there to order cakes and ice cream! 😊

Update: 11/15/22 Came in this morning and was great with a smile and hello from the Manager (Sam)! He is also patient and kind to people in this store even when they are rude to him for no reason! He helped me order a huge cake. His designs on cakes are amazing! I recommend everyone to come here!

Ps If you do not like the prices of the cakes and items in this store, then don’t come here! The prices are not gonna change because you have an attitude! DO BETTER! And start showing the people who take the time to make/fix your food some respect!

Update: Feb 15,2023 And those some individuals you speak of on these reviews no longer work at Winchester BR. And if the place closes at 10pm and you show up at 9:55pm, that is your fault if you were too lazy to get there earlier before closing! People who work there have lives too. Stop lying on these reviews trying to get free ice...

The cashier #16975, Vimal on 10/13/2019 at 6:32pm (my check# 35471) was very rude to me when I said, "excuse me I was next". She continually was rude when I placed my order, however I advised her that the customer is always right. I asked for 2 scoops of Jamoa Chocolate Almond in one cup and 1 scoop of Parlines and Crean in one cup. She did not listen to my complete order and was more frustrated when I corrected her. I was very calm as she was very irate while she made the correct order. There were several customers eating in with their children along w/other customers in line. I have went to this location several times. There is a tall middle age guy who needs to have a serious meeting with leadership. He was very disrespectful and condescending with me. I had an issue with a purchase I had door dashed. He laughed and said if you would’ve came in yourself you wouldn’t have paid that much for it. I wanted another flavor because I didn’t like the one I got. He laughed and said you can throw it away and buy another one. He is so unprofessional and rude. The manager has poor customer service. I will no longer go to this location. They need someone to look into...
