I place my order July 9th 2021. I paid for my order in full. It was very expensive to me. I was treated very kindly while purchasing and I was even asked to do a review on Facebook on the same day that I paid in full which was the first day I chose my furniture. I did and I gave them five stars for their service. Not knowing that today, Saturday, September 17th 2022 at 5:24 p.m., I would still not have my complete order. It has been a run around since my first delivery date. I've taken off from work many times to receive my furniture and deliveries have been canceled with no call. I would just be sitting at home waiting as they told me to. I have communicated very effectively and always have remained kind and calm. I had trouble with my entire order which was 2 complete bedroom sets. Bedroom set one was delivered to the house and was going to be set up by 901 home furniture delivery team, but they couldn't because the furniture crumbled as they took it out of the box. Wow we had to start over with that order. Not to mention, it was a very long time before that entire bedroom set had been completed and delivered in its entirety. Bedroom set number two was being assembled when it literally fell apart on the worker that was assembling it because the screws were not the correct ones for my king size bed. There were so many things wrong with this bedroom set and it is still being settled till this day September, Saturday 17th, 2022. I have had to be the one to initiate communication throughout this entire Mayhem. When I am told that they will call me to make things right no one calls. I purchased my furniture on Winchester at 7215 but was even told sometimes I had to go to another location to discuss my problem with another worker that no longer works there. The worker that sold me the furniture no longer works there either. Each time I try to talk to someone about my furniture they tell me when to come back and when I do they are no longer working there. So many people involved in this one order. Matter of fact I called today and let them know that 2 hours from now their store will be closed and no one has come to deliver what they told me last Saturday that they would deliver. Nor has the person called me back when they told me today they would call back in 15 minutes. I want 901 Home Furniture and Mattress on 7215 Winchester Road Memphis Tennessee 38125, to hold up the end of their bargain and give me the rest of my furniture because they have all of my money. I owe nothing. It was paid cash. There are too many people complaining about the same issue. I would like for mine to be made right. If anyone else is having the same issue and have had theirs resolved, please tell me the proper protocol of The Next Step so that I may get my furniture. I purchased a couch over 3 weeks ago with the expectation (b/c that's what I was told) that it'd take 1 week for my order to arrive. A week goes by I hadn't been contacted so I go by to check the status of my order. A young lady, don't know her name, literally told me that she couldn't track the status of my order and that they had a truck coming in and she would have to look and see if it was on the truck. LIKE WHAT!!!!!!!! That shoulda been the first red flag and indicator that this place is a little sketchy. She said she would be giving me a call soon. Another week goes by and I still have not heard anything, This time I sent my husband, he was told that orders were delayed 1 week due to the Thanksgiving holiday. I called a day later and asked again about the status of my order, and again, I get a sketchy answer... said that the order shows it shipping to the Ashley warehouse (no date could be given) and that it would take about 4-5 days to get to them... but still couldn't give me a date of when my couch was to arrive. ANOTHER WEEK goes by and I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD BACK, so I called again today, SAID IT WOULD BE ANOTHER WEEK. How is it that they have NO way of tracking this high dollar item. I feel like they just took my money, lied to me. I'm going by this evening for a full refund... will update this after that encounter cause I just have this feeling they are gonna try to short change me. No only has this been a real inconvenience but the lady I've been dealing with seems completely clueless and shows no sympathy that they keep dropping they ball. If you see this place... just keep driving.

I shouldn’t have to follow up with a business that is looking for me to spend money with them. After finally hearing back from them after me reaching out i was told the furniture was still not there and it be an additional two weeks until it would be. Finally i canceled the furniture because of the long wait and me being in the military and constantly traveling all the time and i didn’t have to time to play cat and mouse with them anymore. I called to let them know i was no longer getting the furniture left a voicemail and texted the store phone to let them know i was canceling and would like a refund and they read my message and never responded. I still have my emailed receipt from this establishment, messages being in contact with them, and the name sales rep i spoke with on my visit and still nothing. I can’t my collect refund in person because i’m traveling abroad due to my occupation and no one has reached out to me about refunding my money. Overall a horrible experience and a absolutely disgusting, disgraceful business and i’m glad to know this is how your establishment treats military personnel who serve this country.
