Went to go get a bottle of 1.5 L of Jim Bean and the price was $37.89. Had no problem paying that price. When I went to the register it came up to be $43.87. I pointed out to the young lady the price that they had marked on the shelves. The young lady went and got the owner I assumed and she little old WHITE lady told me they only thing they can do is return the bottle for me. I continue to speak with the her and I told her that this was the companies mistake and its not customer satisfaction if all you can do for me is return the bottle. I express to her that all I wanted was the difference she continued to tell me no. How is this my fault. How is it that a company "ma&pop shop" dose not make sure their customers are satisfied.
