Bluff City Crab — Restaurant in Memphis

Made a stop last night and was impressed. I tried them once before when they were in the mall. It was so delicious. Me & my friend split the boss bag, we made it extra juicy, Cajun seasoning & “July” heat & it was more than enough food. It was so good. The boss bag is enough to split, unless you’re wanting an all you can eat seafood feast. Then you might want to get it by yourself. We each had 1 cluster of crab legs, 10 shrimp, 2 corn & 3 potatoes a piece. With the sides & shrimp it was enough to get you full. The sauce that they put on it, is beyond delicious! You also have the option of adding more food, if that isn’t enough. The shrimp is a great size! The crab legs where thick and juicy! I must warn you, they butter sauce is $1 for a little cup. But your food is already going to be dressed with the sauce so you really don’t need it. It is pricey, but you’re getting your money’s worth. Why not treat yourself sometimes? Definitely will be back. Can’t wait to try the “Memphis Mix.” Now you can try those other guys that’s cheaper, but it WILL NOT TASTE LIKE THIS! You get what...

I ordered from them a year ago and this is my honest review. I normally have one place I always go to for seafood, and I chose to try something different because I had recently moved and didn’t feel like driving all the way cross town. I had placed my order online and when I got there they couldn’t find my order so when they finally found it in the system I had to still wait for my order to be prepared. I got home and the next day after eating it I had food poisoning, and I didn’t understand that part if it was supposedly fresh. I haven’t ate seafood since, not even from the place I went to for years only because that traumatized me so much I haven’t had a taste for seafood, even when I use to eat seafood every weekend from my fav place. Whenever I can stomach seafood again..I definitely won’t be going back there. Maybe it was a bad batch but I’ll never take that...

I ordered the King Feast through the Uber eats app which comes with 1 snow crab cluster, 10 shrimp, 2 potatoes, one corn. Then I added one more crab cluster and the Andouille Sausage. Was very excited and thought I knew how to get a bag but was very disappointed because my bag was missing the shrimp. Like how? Called the location someone answered and then had me on hold forever. So eventually I hung up and called back. No one picked up I’d called several times periodically afterwards no answer. The food was really good (even though a little cold at this point) and the season was on point just really wanted my shrimp. I’ve ordered here before prior no complaints will not stop me from ordering again just think the staff needs to pay attention...
