Nice and clean, food was hot and fresh and employees were friendly. This was 2 years ago when I reviewed. Today May 2, 2023 I decided to stop and order food. I haven't been inside here in over 2 years. The location was empty of customers, a young lady came out and took my order. I ordered 8 Krystals and a large fry. After waiting about 10 minutes, the young lady brought me my food. I left, got in my car and got a french fry from the box... they were "warm" I reached inside the bag to get a Krystal burger, I got one and bit into it. It was "COLD". The cheese was refrigerator cold, the meat wasn't even warm. I went back in and a gentleman approached from the back, I told him about the cold food and that I wanted my money back. I told him the cheese was "cold and not melted", he told me the burgers were placed from a hot grill to a warm grill and therefore the cheese would not melt. I AGAIN told him the meat was not even hot, I wanted a refund. OVER and over this man kept telling me he would redo my order, OVER and over again I kept telling him I wanted a refund. He then stated he "hated having to do refunds". Then he asked for my receipt, I produced it and them he looked at it and the time on it..... as if it was a long time ago when I purchased. I told him I had just walked out and that the 2 men at the counter were there when I just left. I told him again, I just want my money back. ( I don't want anyone this mad spitting or mishandling my food ). I even told him I would not do a Google review of which he said he "didn't care about no review". Well,, If you want cold food, slow service an attitude when it is not done correctly... then this is your place. It had been 2 years since I was last here and it has sadly gone downhill... It will be more than 22 years before I ever come back here.... Whatever happened to the customer is always...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis was do pitiful it became funny. I stopped in for breakfast. They had no grits, no toast, and no decaf coffee. The man in front of me wanted grits, too. I told the lady I'd wait for them to cook some grits. It only takes about 5 minutes to cook instant grits. You know they don't cook old fashioned fresh grits. I saw her pour the coffee she brought to me. I asked if she was sure if it was decaf. She thought so and even asked what difference did it make. Wow. I told her caffeine pulls calcium from bones and it'll cause heart to race. Plus, on a hot day as it was, caffeine could cause dehydration. If a customer orders decaf, the attitude should never be what difference does it make. There were no salt packets or jelly in the bin. I ordered scrambled eggs, bacon, and a biscuit since they were out of bread and I like toast with overlight eggs. I like salt on eggs and jelly on biscuits. They did cook some grits. The counter where condiments are kept was wet as well as the floor and it was slippery. The other customer was laughing with me. Seriously, this is not satisfactory. I have pride in my community. I should not have to go to another district to enjoy a clean, hazard free establishment. Don't allow this in my community. You don't tolerate in other certain communities. This is a management problem. There were only 3 customers in the restaurant and no line in the drive-thru. There was no reason why the restaurant should be dirty, wet, and breakfast items unavailable during breakfast...

I informed the manager of my complaint and she asked me"where you work",š¤from there it went down hill!! At this point whoever owns this location if you care about your customers and your business, pleaseā send in a secret shopper it really really needs total retraining at this store, they are not prepared to service the community at this location it's the same each time. This was not my first experience like this at this store, but it was my last. They are always waiting on truck to come, because they are always out of everything.
