This has been the WORST and most frustrating process Iāve ever encountered. I had a delivery scheduled and there was no call no show on when or why I didnāt get my furniture delivered, I had to call to ask them what time my furniture will be delivered which was on a Saturday and the very rude receptionist lady (she sounded older) said look maāam if they havenāt called you then theyāre not on the way, long story short I called back a few times an hour later no answer. I called back at 4:41 pm the lady said they came at 4:16 and you didnāt answer the door so you need to call back on Monday to reschedule delivery. I went up there Sunday to speak with the manager Brian and he said that their systems has been down all weekend so their deliveries have been off and to come back Monday to get my refund. I came back on Monday 8/16/21 and still NO refund after waiting a little over an hour and now their excuse is well your delivery has been rescheduled so we canāt issue a refund, I said sir I was just hear yesterday and YOU told me to come back today so I canāt I get my refund I live too far to keep coming way out here he told me the best he could do was have my check mailed to me. Iām beyond disgusted with this company and will not be doing business with them in future. All I want is my order cancelled...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI wished I had read the reviews before I bought my furniture, horrible horrible horrible I can't say it enough, worst customer service ever, now you are saying it was my responsibility to load it on to my truck , the warehouse workers loaded the furniture onto my truck, the furniture was wrapped in plastic so was I suppose to unwrap it to inspect it I will not except responsibility of damaging my own furniture , I sent a video of us unwrapping the furniture discovering the damages I even had on gloves so as to not to touch it with my bare hands, your inspector came out and lied to us as if you all was going to repair the damages. Had we known it didnāt include the chest and nightstand we would have paid extra for what we wanted. Not only that, upon delivery, they delivered the wrong mattress. I was told by a manager Iād receive the mattress I paid for last night or first thing this morning. Here it is 5:00 in the evening and I havenāt heard anything from them about when Iāll be receiving my mattress. I called the store to check on everything and whoever is the receptionist had an attitude like I was getting on her nerves because I called to see when theyāll be delivering my mattress.
