Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Memphis

YOU SHOULD PROBABLY COMPLETELY AVOID THIS PLACE ALTOGETHER !!! So, I showed up to get a pepperoni pizza (at supper time, the warmer bins are usually loaded - it's an in and out deal) and was told AFTER paying that there would be one coming out in four minutes. However, they made one ten minutes later and put it in the oven. A hobo came in and hung over the railing where I was sitting (8 inches from my head) and begged non-stop for food. Signal 88 security drove up, turned off their lights on their vehicle and came in. It would seem someone called him. He opened the warmer, picked up his food and left. The hobo then came into the lobby and sat in my direct view continuing about how I owed him food. I have never seen this person before (in my entire life). Then the hobo started begging the counter help girls who gave him boxes of food and he left. This location should hire an experienced manager and put him in this store to run it (since they obviously have no manager now). At least the hobo didn't bust out my windshield. Employees were rude. Order food and left. In parking lot I talked my fiance into trying out their hot sauce/ranch sauce. He did not like it so I knew their had to be something amiss. Anyways I placed sauce over pizza and then ate me a bit and realized it wasn't right. Looked at date it was expired by over two months. And it was disgusting. He went back inside to mention it, they told him they didn't sell expired food/sauce and that he could purchase another sauce if he chose. They did not believe him at all and feel slightly short of calling him a liar. He came all the way back to car to retrieve the sauce container and take it to them in return they offered him one sauce. He then said about pizza and I'm sure you know how that went in the end we just got a refund for the dispicable customer service and horrible expired food. Customer service was basic. Young lady working front counter did just that. No greeting no thank u no this is your pizza just took order and money and shouting what she needed or sold. One man placed his order and pd for it. She sat his 2 pizzas on counter and walked off. We had to tell him that was his order. I asked question about seasoning on pizza she NEVER responded and walked off. Young man cooking brought me my pizza I asked him and he told me he could add the italian seasoning because he knew what I was speaking of because my friend orders his like that.
