My husband and I have purchased stuff from the Mena store for years. I have purchased a bed, a washer, a refrigerator, and a loveseat. Have always had great service and quick response to fix any problems. However, my husband recently went up to purchase a new couch and loveseat with power recline, and apparently they had recently had a previously rented one that was returned. The price was good so my husband purchased it...we had it for a couple weeks and one side of the loveseat broke where it won't recline right. They came out immediately looked at it said they would have to order a part shouldn't take more than a couple of weeks and it would be fixed. Well I have made 2 more monthly payments and have another due next week and it's still not fixed. I can't even get them to answer there phone anymore.
