Provencho Grill, I respect the fact they are staying open & defying the Governors order, They have increased their prices, including $2.00 for more chips even though we ordered Guacamole, no more blended Margaritas, & no more Chimy Changa, ( Deep Fried Burritos ) He told me they were losing $800 per year on chips alone. Cut back on your overhead but not your products, & customer service. It is the principal, everyone knows that we eat chips & salsa with Spanish food, & $6.00 for a avocado ( Guacamole ) Sorry to say you have lost a loyal customer approximately $65.00 every 2 weeks, way above your $800 annual loss over $2.00 additional charge for .50 cents worth a basket of chips. Not sure how the plaza is because I only went to pick up pizza at dominoes which was an experience in itself. There were literally 9 employees behind the counter and they forgot the cheese on the pizza?? And the curly headed kid needs to respect his elders. He was rude to begin with and called me disrespectful for telling him what his worker told me! When I said I'm repeating what I was told not being disrespectful. He apologized and gave me a free soda. And for the record one of the pizza's ordered was free from the last time we ordered from them that they messed up that order as well. I've lived near this shopping center since 2002. In all that time only a few places have been updated, but you can find a lot of things to buy, eat and grocery shop. It was truly designed for the 1950's builder who has several sister places in other cities! It truly, truly needs to be updated, streets and buildings. They have a great Dollar Tree and you can find lots of things there that no other one carries. The Subway is great and up until the Pandemic Provecio's was great, it's now pricey and going to hill.
