This shopping center has been on a rapid decline for the last several years. I hadn't been to this area in months until this morning and now I remember why. Trying to walk into the Dollar tree there were four people on either sides of the door, that appeared homeless with shopping carts full of trash, and mentally unwell. This is not meant to be judgement but rather a safety issue. One man was dressed in women's lingerie and talking to himself and hitting himself in the head. I really wish that the city would put in an effort to clean up this area of town, whether that means helping these people get the help they need or getting them out of the area. The Art Event happened on Friday evening 4 to 7 on April 14th. Unfortunately seniors would prefer to go out during the daylight hours.    Read moreThe shopping center, not the tenants, has the worst parking lot that I've seen in decades (it was designed in the early 60s). The asphalt is in a terrible state of decay. The pothole patches layer upon layer do not help. The most dangerous part is the idiotic driving lanes which are ridiculously wide for one direction and too narrow to make a turn on the opposite side. One lane will run directly into traffic moving the opposite direction.
