Received a haircut from a woman who was in the far back last chair who dressed as a Tom boy. By far, was the WORST haircut I have ever received in my life. Based on the performance and experience given, This woman should not be touching hair clippers given how crooked my line up was.. it seemed like a straight line is impossible for this individual to do. Never the less, my taper fade was horrid. No contrast, no blending on my taper, I wouldnāt have even considered it a taper. Lastly, in order to meet my āsatisfactionā The woman barber then recommended to call another barber to fix it. Where another Hispanic middle aged lady came to the recuse and did her best to bring my haircut back to life. The 2nd barber then had no choice but to push my hair line back to recreate a new hair line based on how crooked the first one was. It was a uncomfortable and unprofessional experience I did not ask for 2 barbers to cut my hair like a test rat or a project haircut. If I am paying for professional work and paying full price I expect quality standards for my hard earned money. Not for my hair to be used as practice and receive a mediocre haircut.. i might as well have went to a barber college to receive a haircut from a amateur barber who is actually in training for a AMATEUR haircut price if thatās was the case. The original barber then charged me full price and expected a tip by asking how much change do I want back ?? Some audacity, instead of discounting me for analyzing the poor performance & experience she given. Definitely felt like I...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf you're looking for a great cut, barbers who take their time, reasonable prices, fresh cuts and a traditional Barber Shop where conversations range from sports, music, style, pop culture relationships (keep it minimal) and etc., this is the spot. Trust me when I say that I've known barbers, been to countless of barber shops, and could finally say I've found the spot to cut my hair. I've been going with BETO (owner) for 5 years and it's worth the 40min drive, especially for a cut for any occasion. He's popular with the in-style cuts, fades, tapers and Shave Blades (hot shaves), there's a reason ppl wait for him. If you, however, ever find yourself waiting for Beto don't be mistaken everyone there is good (don't be skeptic on the women barbers, they know how to cut too, trust me!). If BETO is off or busy, YESI and OMAR are my go-to ppl. Amenities such as TV's, vending machines, couches and clean public bathrooms are provided with a hip hop flare on the walls. The spot provides appointments upon request (certain days), kid friendly and located in Sun City where geriatric population is dominant, even elderly people are welcomed and feel no intimidation surrounded by millenials. You won't go wrong choosing this barber shop, just make sure you don't find yourself eating all the food in the vending machines and not have enough money for a cut, trust me, it...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHad a very bad experience. Hereās how it went. Booked an appointment over the phone to get a mid drop fade with a line design. The employee over the phone was cool just my only gripe is that he booked me with thee worst person to do mid drop fades (Cass). It came out looking like a high drop fade. The line design didnāt line up with the slit on my eyebrow which didnāt make sense and to make matters worse it looks like a curve instead of a ālineā. She barely conversed with me and only talk to me when I asked questions. For someone who is a brand new customer I didnāt feel like I want to come back. Even though Cass was nice she didnāt seem to care that I didnāt like it. She also didnāt ask if I wanted gel I wanted texture in my hair but I guess she didnāt understand what I said. I guess I get what I paid for, a cheap 30$ haircut. To be honest i was surprised how cheap. I would have gladly paid 50-100$ for my cut. I wanted someone good to do my hair next time. Just moved in from up north. Very...
