The Chocolate Factory — Restaurant in Menomonee Falls

I used to eat at CF at Bayshore often..best sub buns anywhere! But it closed a few years ago. So..I was happy to hear about the new CF in Menomonee Falls and went to get a ham n cheese and hopefully the bun was still as good..and it was! Loved the taste and texture!

And it's a good thing the bun was so tasty...cuz that's the only thing I could taste! Seriously..just tasted bun and the lettuce! Why?? Because they put so LITTLE meat on! They could not put less ham on if they wanted to cuz it was just ONE layer! Could hardly taste the ham OR cheese! I hate leaving a restaurant hungry but I did there! RIDICULOUS!! I won't be back! But if all you want is a lettuce tasting sub..then by all means go. But if you want a sub with plenty if filler.. DO NOT go to Chocolate...

The subs are delicious. Not only that, the prices are extremely reasonable. A kid's meal is $6.29 and comes with the mini sub, side and a drink. McDonald's meals are more than that and way more unhealthy. The ice cream is unbelievable. So good. They sell it by the weight rather than just straight prices for a small medium or large. My two kids and me and my dad all got ice cream for under $13. Overall, I had a very positive experience here. All the employees were super friendly and had smiles on their faces.

Great view of the waterfall! We had ice cream and shakes. My kids enjoyed the ice cream. The cashier that we had didn't really listen to what we wanted. She seemed a bit bothered by us. My son had to repeat his twice while she looked elsewhere and I completely got the wrong shake. I believe that was because she cut me off as I began to order ice cream, to tell me that I was in the ice cream only line.
