I always(no pun intended) get at least 3 quotes/estimates on EVERYTHING which i did in pricing a 14k Gold Star Sapphire Ring..I could not believe how accomodating Rachael was. Not only coming across as a wonderful person, but extremely knowledgeable and VERY patient as she ordered different mountings for me to try..Tried a couple on, wasnt sure so she ordered a couple more..On the 3rd visit and after getting 3 other quotes(yes i wanted the lowest price,and prayed Rachael would be) she quoted me the price and nearly fell of the chair..$1500 less!! No BS..Rachael and her employee(sorry forgot name)Company is the GO TO Jeweler period...Oh i priced the precise ring,and stone in...

This store is a joke. I took a 1.5 carat diamond in to get appraised. They sat there and tested and said that it was a highly valued diamond and authentic. We left it there to get appraised and 1 week later they call and say they were mistaken and it was a fake. Well little did they know we know diamonds and have testers as well. We went there to pick it up and they switched it with a fake diamond and said that is what you gave us. So basically they scammed us for a $15,000 diamond. DO NOT GO HERE they will switch...

I wanted to get a my girlfriend a ring for our anniversery. We went in there and they found her a ring she really loved. Unfortunately, we found out later they company who does their setting wasn't able to alternate stone types. Rachael came up with a wonderful custom solution so she could have the two stones she wanted in the ring. Besides that, all the employees there are very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely shop...
