Was given the wrong vape juice after asking for a particular one and because I was charged before seeing the product when I said it was wrong and realized they didn't have the one I wanted I asked for a refund and after waiting about 15 minutes was told sorry I can't do that but I can take your information and have someone get ahold of you?? Seriously, so I left with a charge on my account and nothing to show except frustration and the rude clerk Ryan said I gave you what you pointed at and when asked what am I pointing at now he said sir I understand and that's why I read it back to you, well that's not what I asked for 3 times and he just kept repeating I did everything I was supposed to do..Horrible store and was only stopping because I had passed up my normal store remembering back I don't go there because the previous couple juices I got from them were expired. You can't expect a store to sell that many so what you are buying is most likely old and stale . . Buyer beware!!! Update we were contacted by upper management believe her name is Natalie and she was great and processed the refund and agreed that the person we dealt with was cocky and arrogant however the people working are the ones who should have the customer service skills this nice lady possessed. Had that guy not seemed so condescending and keep stating he did everything he was supposed to do maybe we wouldn't have let so upset but I have changed from 1 star to 3 because of Natalie and her going above by offering the product they didn't have for free but we are just happy that the situation will be handled and we don't have to go...
   Read moreDisgusting service. My experience was completely off-putting from the moment I entered. The staff asked for my ID immediately upon arrival, which I understood. However, after showing it to them, I was told to leave simply because I was speaking on the phone with a friend. No explanation or understanding of the situation was given, which was frustrating and rude. Just because I am a Brown skinned Person, the employee there kept saying âget outâ to my face.
What made it even worse was the clear sense of discrimination and unprofessional behavior. I felt judged and dismissed in a manner that was both offensive and unnecessary. Despite being calm and patient throughout the interaction, I was treated poorly and unwelcomed. Iâve never experienced such a hostile atmosphere in any retail store before. Itâs a shame, because I had heard good things about the shop, but I will definitely not be returning.
I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone, especially given how disrespectful and inconsiderate the staff was. There are plenty of other vape shops in the area with much better customer service and a more welcoming...
