Never will do shipping from Kohl's online ever again. Ordered 4 items, they were shipped together. Only 1 of the 4 items were included in the package. Online chat 3 times, get "we need to look into this" over and over. I never heard back from anyone at Kohl's. Today I receive an email stating I got Kohl's cash and rewards points due to a recent partial order cancellation. Umm okay, I didn't cancel anything. So I online chat again. Yep, they are not issuing me a refund for the missing merchandise or sending me the merchandise I am owed. I was forced to go out and re-buy the merchandise I never received. So I paid double! Not to mention, I had 2 other orders I received from Kohl's that were damaged. I ordered a frame that was wrapped in deflated bubble wrap and put in one of those packaging bags. Uh a frame should be put in a box! Another order was barely taped, so the post office had to literally tape the entire box. Take a little pride in packaging things that people pay for! What if it was your order that was received screwed up or damaged. Extremely annoyed and disappointed with Kohl's shipping. If I order anything in the future, I will be doing...

Came into the Mentor store a few days ago and was trying to buy 1/4 gold toe socks for extended size. Online it said they had some in the Mentor location. I went to where their socks were after looking around for 10 minutes with no one on the floor to help me. Did not see any at all. I went to one of the cashiers and asked if they carried any in stock anywhere because it said online they do. She looked puzzled at me as if I was asking her an advanced calculus question. Like maybe she could've gotten help from someone else who's been working there longer or a manager. I explained to her exactly what I was looking for and she made up some explanation saying whatever is out there is out there or sometimes they run out of stuff, which I can't stand. She was just trying to get rid of me and keep the line moving, didn't bother to ask anyone for help and stared at me and made me look bad. But that's what happens when you hire high school and college kids to work...

Four things happened that reminded me why I abstained: 1) the fabrics are horrible 2) the Kohls cash is always a job, it’s that archaic 3) the app is a mess 4) the customer service is not just horrid, but dangerous. I used the app to order an electronic bike and high chair one day with my 0 balance Kohls CC. The order was canceled without explanation. I called their customer service, and had to verify and unusual amount of information to be told it was now out of stock. I repeated this twice- so 3 times it was canceled. I refused to call customer service again. The next day, I was logged out of my account and can’t seem to do a password reset. I went to the store to see if they had knew of hacking and explained my experience and after she told me my 80$ in kohls cash expired during those events, she said “I have 1000 online orders awaiting pickup”.
