Yesterday my husband and I attended the Grand Opening of T.J.C. in Mequon. We were immediately greeted with warm "hellos" from Rene, the new manager. She was happy to see us, as we her, and after friendly words, offered to clean our rings and adjust a bracelet clasp, an example of her great service. We have worked with her before and find her many years of jewelry experience to be valuable in matching our needs to the many beautiful selections she found for us. Recently, she helped me update my diamond to celebrate our fifty year anniversary. It's beautiful. We have never been disappointed working with Rene. She will always answer your questions and make your wishes come true. Another familiar, and wonderful addition to Rene's staff is Jill. Her knowledge and experience is also in line with the professionalism offered in the store. The store is beautiful and filled with many selections of fine quality. I had a wonderful experience at the Jewelry Center in Mequon, WI. The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming, and they went out of their way to be helpful. They cleaned my older jewelry and made it look brand new again, which I truly appreciated.
