Absolutely horrible experience at this store. I went in to order the new iPhone 15 Pro Max 1 TB, the highest level phone they have. The store person gives me a price for a Pro Max before I said the storage size, and I asked if thatās for the 1 TB. He told me I donāt need 1 TB because I have 64 now. I told him I need 1 TB, and he insisted another couple times before pricing the 1 TB for me. I tried to explain to him that I need that size because Iām constantly having to delete photos from my phone, and I do photography, that the new phone can take raw photos which are really large data files, and that I do photography as a hobby, so Iāll be using a lot of storage for photos. Before I can say any of it, after I basically got out āneed becauseā, he suddenly got really aggressive and said if Iām going to argue with him, I can leave the store. When I tried to explain that Iām not arguing but trying to tell him about the features that cause me to want more storage so it might help him with understanding product features or customer needs, he insisted he already knows because I said 1 TB and he priced that. The more I tried to explain I just was trying to explain why, the more he insisted I was arguing with him and I can leave the store. Well, considering the lack of displays, the lack of additional sales help, and the lack of customers, I assumed his store wasnāt doing great anyways, and I didnāt want to give my business to someone with that kind of attitude. What kind of sales people donāt want to hear customerās reasons for valuing different features? Thereās a Verizon store a little further down the street, and they got my business because they listened to my stories. Thereās too many Verizon stores around the area to deal with someone like the guy who runs the Mequon store who isnāt willing to listen to customers yet insists he knows what they need. Iām old. Iāve lived life and gained experiences and knowledge. He is young, and it would have been wiser to take a few minutes to listen to someone whoās been around longer and learn from them rather than his ageist...

Iām a long-standing Verizon customer and I normally go to the Glendale location, but I was at a doctor visit and decided to stop here. -Jeremy V- was the sales associate who helped me and Iāll use helped me lightly. He took my order and upgraded my IPhone only. I left the store without phone insurance and without a case or screen protector due to his failure to offer me anything. I guess he assumed that I was poor or couldnāt afford to buy anything. While exiting the store, I asked him why I was leaving with a bare phone and if he works off commissions and he said that he gets hourly pay only and that he doesnāt like pressuring customers to buy things. He obviously shouldnāt be working in sales then, he provided me and his company with a horrible experience. My IPhone is ALL glass, I exited the store with a bare phone and without a mention of options to protect my investment. My phone is also missing text messages. What a joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Horrible Horrible...

If you are a diabetic the Samsung S24 Ultra is currently not compatible with DEXCOM G6. I have no info from Dexcom when it will be compatible. I never thought this would be an issue when upgrading my phone. I didn't know this info prior to upgrading and neither did the staff. Dexcom is sleeping at the wheel.
The employees at this store rock!! I upgraded my phone with Darren's assistance. He always greeted me with a smile and enthusiasm, was very knowledgeable, he kept up the communication and updated me about issues I had after I left the store and spoke at a level that this 60ish year old could understand. I feel confident that they will be successful helping me with any issues that might arise.
I highly recommend the employees at this location -...
