I give this place 5 stars! Not only because it is a good business on its own but because it is the staff that makes it possible! I had the pleasure of meeting a young woman named Magda and she was such an amazing help! I recently visited this store and I am very grateful I did. I came very confused about what I was looking for. My intention was to buy a special piece of jewelry for a loved one who passed. This young woman asked me politely if I needed any help and I replied no. A few moments later, as I was spaced out she came back over and asked if I was okay. I cried. She calmly listened and graciously helped me to find the perfect piece. I have never felt so seen. I will remember Magda, because she has given me back my faith in humanity. She reminded me that people can be kind and understanding. This young woman deserves all the good in this world because that is what she made me remember. It was fate I visited this store that day. I would just like to say thank you to this company from the bottom of my heart. I hope this young woman gets promoted not only because of her knowledge of her store but because of her quick and decisive judgement with a very precarious situation. Don’t take her for granted...

I am very very upset at this moment. Please do not get in touch with me. I went there to get second piercing done. The first time he pierce my ear, he did it way to far away. Then, my mom left a review saying what happened and then you got in touch with us to have my earring redone. Of course, we went back to get it redone. But guess what? It was done again horribly. Now, the earring is straight and not raise up to where it is suppose to be. It is a straight line between my second piercing and my first piercing. I can never get a third piercing if I keep this piercing because of how straight it is, and how awkward it will be if I got a third one. I am very upset at this moment that I have to take it off, and now I have two holes in which that were done badly. I now have to go to another place to get it redone again. Talk about the inconvenience? We felt like the person didn’t really care about doing it, and just did it quickly to finish right away. My mom tried to explain where the earring is suppose to go, but the person listen again. I am very disappointed, and I will let my peers know about my experience with getting my ears done...

Bought a bracelet from there yesterday night. It broke this morning. I went to get it fixed today and when I got to the stand no one was there so I walked around for about 25 minutes checking continuously, then when I got back the lady was helping someone else so I waited patiently. While I was waiting (for about another 10/15 minutes) another group of people walked up and waited about 2 minutes before she finished up with the people before me and helped the group that walked up after me. I waited 35-40 minutes to not even be helped. A waste of time and...
