Pretzelmaker — Restaurant in Meriden

The pretzel bites were not cooked all the way, still doughy and when I asked for a refund he stated couldn't do that starting he can make me another batch, I stated that was fine, then processed to say that he knew I was going to come back and complain cause he made them fresh, I let him know that I did see they were fresh they just wasn't cooked all the way, he said with me coming back to let him know bout this product and me not being satisfied that I'm being rude, I never raised my voice to him, I just said I dont like things that's not cooked all the way, he proceeded to talk over me and was very rude himself, as I stepped to the side to let the customer behind me order, which the ordered cinnamon bites, he was rude to her and she was not satisfied as well, she went to walk away and said she will never come back to this one again, I just looked and observed him continue to make a new batch was made make sure he's not going to tainted them, I kindly got my bites and walked away, $ 8.59 down the drain. I will never go back to any of them if they are going to be rude and continue to argue when the customer is not...

Maybe it's just me but I miss how the pretzels used to be years and years ago when the mall was still alive. Now I feel like they're so greasy and the cheese is different. I'm autistic so I was extremely mad when they changed the cheese sauce years ago. It's never been the same for me since. Just kept being disappointed. Never go to the pretzel maker down stairs in the Meriden mall if you work there or are just going there. The old woman who runs it is completely rude and unprofessional and on top of it all argues with her customers.
