I was scared that the phlebotomists wouldn’t be understanding or patient with my 4yo, but to my relief, both ladies were extremely helpful, kind, understanding, and reassuring. Worst place ever! Had an appt at 8:30 a.m., sign said wait in waiting room outside the facility - which I did, went in at 9:10 a,m, and they said they called me twice. They did not!
