T.J. Maxx — Local services in Meriden

The have been the first time since , I been coming here for the past 12 years. I was shopping with my son and the girl who rang is up taught my 3 year old son was going to leave with a suitcase (Spider-Man). A other employee came to her and said in Spanish, look her as a suitcase , don’t make sure they pay for it !! The girl ranging us up said Yes I know , I am going to take it from them , now and then said to me in English give me it let me rang it up now now now …. I didn’t take it and said to her do you think I was going to walk out the door with this ??? From that the entire energy change and the attitude was unnecessary, I would never shop at this store again … I spent over 200$ of my money here tonight, cash.

She even put her middle finger up as I was leaving , in a he present of my kids… disrespectful. Would not return this is the worst...

It was a last minute drop in but I found a bathing suit in a size 4! Every other store had suits to fit cows and nothing small. Our great neighbors have a pool, there on the shelf was a big yellow duck. That night on a delivery of tomatoes from the garden the duck was placed in the pool. When they noticed it afloat the next day, they went out to check it who put it there. When they noticed QUACK and a ❤ on the bottom, they both said Penny at the same time. I came over to jewelry corner to look at watches with one very cranky toddler and a 7 month old who just started crying. The lady behind the jewelry desk went above and beyond and talked to my toddler and she got her interested just enough to capture the other ones attention as well. All this happened while she kept handing me watches to try on. Best experience i retail store ever. Thank you! She deserves a nice...
