We had Birria Mia cater our wedding, and they were absolutely incredible! Sabrina and Roger went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The food was delicious—our guests couldn’t stop raving about it!

The unlimited tacos were a huge hit, and everyone couldn’t get enough of them. It was also so much fun to have their food truck come on-site—it added a unique and lively touch to our special day. Even when some guests started ordering off-menu, Sabrina and Roger handled it with grace and professionalism, making sure everyone was happy.

I ordered a Mulita, which according to the discription does not have meat. FOR THE 3RD TIME THEY PUT PORK IN IT. I called and the manager basically called me I WAS LYING!!! If you order the birria ramen maybe ask for them to make the noodles firm. The default noodles are very very overcooked. This might be a personal preference, but I’m not sure how many people would like noodles that overdone.
