We had Birria Mia cater our wedding, and they were absolutely incredible! Sabrina and Roger went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The food was deliciousā€”our guests couldnā€™t stop raving about it!

The unlimited tacos were a huge hit, and everyone couldnā€™t get enough of them. It was also so much fun to have their food truck come on-siteā€”it added a unique and lively touch to our special day. Even when some guests started ordering off-menu, Sabrina and Roger handled it with grace and professionalism, making sure everyone was happy.

If youā€™re looking for fantastic food, amazing service, and a memorable experience, Birria Mia is the way to go....

I ordered a Mulita, which according to the discription does not have meat. FOR THE 3RD TIME THEY PUT PORK IN IT. I called and the manager basically called me I WAS LYING!!! SHE SAID I DID NOT ORDER THAT I AM LYING! I told her I could send she a picture of the food as well as the order and she just kept saying it's not possible. If you order the birria ramen maybe ask for them to make the noodles firm. The default noodles are very very overcooked. This might be a personal preference, but Iā€™m not sure how many people would like noodles that overdone. I wouldnā€™t recommend ordering the birria ramen as is without making a special request to not overcook the noodles. The birria itself is pretty...
