Don't make orders on their page. They don't know how that works, and they lie, saying that the order will be 30 mins after the order is received. I made the order at 5:56 p.m., and the order was received at 9:20pm. Three hours and twenty-four mins after. During all this time I called them, and the lady that answered ask where I made the order, and when I told them on their page, her answer was that she needed to check on it and they will call me back after. I waited half an hour and I called back; what she said is that the order is on the way I ask how long will take and she said 15 to 20 mins another lie, I called back half an hour later again asking where is the food and she passed me to the manager he ask me the same questions and he said that the orders online are managed by the boss, so I told him so pass me with your boss and he only answered that he will call me back and I said now nobody will call back. He said the longer we are on the phone, the later he will call. Call that I never had. I called back, and the lady answered again, saying that it was on the way. I didn't believe it, so I asked for the drivers number. Another liar because he said that looking to Google Maps, he will be able to do the delivery in 8 mins. Those 8 minutes were multiplied by 4. I called him again, and he lied again, saying that he called me to announce he was at my house and a man picked it up and hanged up. And ask if I am still waiting for him. I had a extremely bad experience there and I don't even eat Chinese food I really don't recommend Wa Wah Kitchen to absolutely anyone not even my worst enemy they don't even deserve the 1 star I rated them extremely unsanitary I walked in to the restaurant one day to get some food for a good friend of mine and her kids and besides it smelling like something died in there after I ordered and paid for a little over $80.00 in food I went into the restroom while I waited and as soon as I opened the door and walked in and saw how dirty and filthy it was the toilet and the floor where full of bloody tampons and chotex and used toilet paper and a very extremely horable rotten smell came out it made me so sick to my stomach I ended up in the hospital I was throwing up for 3 days I called the health department and reported them I'm actually surprised and in shock they didn't get shut down and I never got my money back don't recommend Wa Wah Kitchen to...

Don't recommend wasting money here... Crab Rangoon: had a good flavor but looked and taste overcooked or they were not freshly made, Beef lo main: the beef tastes rubbery with not a lot of flavor, only the noodles taste okay like any other noodles. Sweet and sour chicken: Flour mixture was not cooked properly it was undercooked but chicken was robbery and tasted a little old, the sweet and sour sauce was watery and not thick like in other chinese places. Pork fried rice: Rice did not have almost any flavoring, it looks and tastes like white rice was overcooked with a softer textured than usual chinese rice mixed in with other vegetable condiments and some pieces of pork that barely had seasoning, is not your regular chinese rice that you expect.
