I had the distinct pleasure of dealing with the operation manager, Andrea Dobrozensky. She absolutely runs all of the meridan and bristol community health center locations.I gotta tell you that she does an amazing job in the meridan location that I go to regularly.It has run so much more proficient.Everybody's got a smile on their face.It seems like they genuinely want to help and they're not there just because they want to get a paycheck.Total different atmosphere than it was in the past.The last couple years have been a joy because of Andrea!!! In fact, I was there today and asked some questions.She had an open door policy.She was extremely polite and kind, and so willing to help me.It was like a breath of fresh air.I wish I could say enough good things about her.She is in the right spot to make sure everything runs smoothly.And everybody's doing what they're supposed to be.I hope somebody reads this and recognize her exemplary work ethic in very, very kind personality.Thank you so much for all that you do.And to make sure my health is good, take...
Read moreChc dental is the worst. I'm a patient there and they're saying I'm not an established patient every time i call. I have severe dental issues. They say I need oral surgery and give me a list to practices that have appointments months out or are hours away. I'm pregnant and in dyer pain with infections they put me on hard core antibiotics and when I asked to be changed they say you need to come in to office but yet deny I'm a patient there but yet they have my x rays and my chart. No bedside manner. Make mean nasty assumptions about me taking illicit drugs when I've never touched a drug in my life my teeth r this way cause I dislocated my jaw and took anti depressants and they literally broke my teeth and I can't find a dentist in ct since I moved to CT 3 years ago who takes my health ins. Read moreAfter my daughter was diagnosed with an acute cerebrum infection after taking her to the children’s hospital. I am very disappointed with all the doctors I’ve seen before I had to take her to the children’s hospital. First they couldn’t see her, then it was wait another day, then after calling several times with no answer it was take her to the er. Now I’m switching doctors and just found out that it can take 30 days to get records sent to the new doctors. How in the world can you say you help the community when you don’t care about your patients health?? I still haven’t took my daughter in for a check up since one I don’t want to wait for two hours and two they are not going to do what they should do for her, I’m 100% sure their answer would be...
