About year and a half ago my kids got in an accident. It was snowing and another driver made right turn from the side road. My son tried to avoid that driver and lost control hit a bus from the incoming traffic. Since the few officers who showed up knew the driver (she is a teacher at Haslett High School) who pulled in front of my son, they did not give her a ticket instead gave a ticket to my son.
