EVEREVE — Local services in Meridian

My daughter and I went to Idaho on a discovery trip to see if she would perhaps like to live there. On our final day, it was time to shop and we chose the best Evereve I've ever encountered. I knew I wanted to try on a Kut wide leg jean and Lisa went right to work asking more questions to find out exactly what I was looking for. I had seen the latest live on IG and knew I wanted to try on the new sparkly short sleeve top, Lisa asked the inventory manager to find it in the back room. She also put my daughter and I into the largest fitting room, continued to bring the best tops and shoes and items for my daughter to try. We spent a lot of time in the fitting room, taking photos, trying on. Lisa brought us waters and never slowed down. She brought me some incredible pieces and I wish I could have bought them all. She also gave my daughter her phone number in case she does move to Idaho and offered to get her acquainted there. Wow. Lisa was phenomenal! When we go to Idaho, we'll always shop at Evereve! As a boutique owner, I appreciate product knowledge, customer service, fit, and not having to leave the fitting room to get another size. Lisa...

I’ve never left a store feeling more disrespected and unwelcome than I did at Evereve in Meridian, Idaho. The store manager’s behavior was nothing short of disgraceful. While a sweet sales person there tried to do everything she could to answer a yes or no question and to intercede for me, the store managers dismissive behavior left me in shock!

As a Mexican woman, I immediately felt the difference in how I was treated. While the manager went out of her way to engage and assist other Caucasian shoppers, I was ignored, brushed off.

Evereve claims to be a brand about empowerment and connection, but this store and its leadership embody the opposite. The manager’s behavior was not only rude, but it reeked of racial bias. No one should ever have to feel less-than or unwelcome based on the color of their skin, especially in a retail environment where customer service is supposed to be the foundation.

I won’t be returning to this location, and I’ll be making sure others in my community are aware of how I was treated. Do better, Evereve—starting with your leadership...

Kris is amazing! She treats you like you’re her most important customer! For 8 years she’s been helping me put together the best outfits and finding the perfect pieces that I wouldn’t have even thought to try. That’s because she has an eye for what will look good on you and truly listens to what you want. And her welcoming, genuine kindness will make your day even better!
