I am leaving 3 stars for one reason. And that is due to an employee that I have had several encounters with over a longer(sort of)amount of time. Those 3 stars are representative of how incredible the other employees have been to me and the cookies themselves.
Typically I don't have time to go in until a bit later in the day and it seems like this particular employee is usually working at those times. I did finally figure out that her name is Terri(?)and she is some kind evening store manager maybe? Every. Single. Interaction I have had with her she has been absolutely and insanely rude to me (and any other customers that are in the store as well). Apparently she does not care whatsoever about ensuring that even the OG cookies are in stock or made at all, and if I ask "why"(regardless of how nice I am being and I always try to treat service industry workers with the utmost respect and kindness since I've worked in the service industry since I was a kid)she typically says something along the lines of "tough luck, you're SOL".
What's worse is, that if I decide against ordering whatever cookies may be available, she basically just yells at me for being a horrid customer and/or tells me not to ever come back. I've gone in a few more times and she was fortunately not there at the time and the other employees have been outstanding. I particularly really really appreciate the level of customer service I've received from a new female employee (at least I think she's new?). She has dark hair that's a bit on the shorter side and I feel awful about not having gotten her name yet. But y'all need to give her raise and promotion!
Sadly, I almost never go to the Meridian location anymore because of the verbal abuse by that woman. Which really is unfortunate because I adore everyone else there and it's the most convenient store for me to go to. Upper management, please do something about her horrible attitude for...
Read moreMan... I almost forgot to write a review from a few weeks back, but I remembered in an attempt to spare future customers the same fate as my family. Where to start.... They didnt have cookies made. Which is sad because they really only have 3 cookie types. Which they somehow seemed overwhelmed by. Im no expert but if you open the oven 50 times to check for doneness it’s literally not going to be hot enough. Which goes back to point 1 they weren’t cooking. There seemed to be no rational way for them to store cookie orders that were backing up at the front. After 25 mins of waiting for what I was told would be 3 mins originally....I took matters into my own hands and literally had to stop a younger delivery driver and say “ok I need help, find me the first 4 cookies and put them into a box. I have to go” which she was actually able to accomplish. The other 2 employees, who seemed to be in charge, were unable to make even small reasonable decisions to remedy the situation which no doubt they were the cause of. Overall it was sad that a business with literally 4 options of cookies (2 of which are different sizes of the same recipe) couldn’t process a single order in a 30 min period. There was a minimum of 20 people being held hostage like my family and I. Had I not been assertive (I was polite and direct in asking exactly what I needed, I was not hostile) we no doubt would have waited even longer. The OG cookie was a 6 on a scale of 10. They get one extra star for that hot chocolate cookie with marshmallows, it was 9/10.

They're missing the other three at the Meridian location because the most recent bad experience i've had was last night when I tried to order a box of cookies for my wife on her birthday. The order was scheduled for 2100-2130 and by 2153 I decided to give the store a call and was informed that they were behind on orders because allegedly a driver didn't show up for work so they would not be able to get the cookies delivered that night. Fine, i'll take a refund. After a few failed attempts at finding my order the employee supposedly refunded the order.
Last time, keyword last time, I had to have a refund from chip cookie I received a confirmation email/ text. Did not receive one last night. Just to verify, I called in today and spoke to the manager who seemed very indifferent about the whole situation, no apology or basic customer service skills whatsoever said the refund wasn't done properly and attempted to re-refund.
Even at basic fast food establishments like Mcdonald's the store values your business and tries to rectify the situation and make sure you're still a valued customer. What is Chip's excuse? This is literally the third time they've had the refund me for messing something up that a little customer service would have fixed.
Reading some of these other reviews it seems like this isn't an uncommon thing. I'm really, really not trying to be a Karen but even though Crumbl makes a slightly inferior cookie, they're getting...
