LOFT — Local services in Meridian

The lady that helped us at the counter was very nice and polite. The one star review is because the loft does not give you more than 30 days to return an item without penalizing you financially for taking too long. The receipt is present. The price tag is still on the merchandise and you still have to pay extra. We will be closing our account with them and shopping somewhere where they've got a more tolerant return policy on perfectly new goods. My wife is pretty addicted to this place and it's sad that the Loft is willing to lose a lifelong customer for $8. Looks like off to Macy's and Nordstroms our money...

I ordered a pair of earrings that were lost in the mail, so I was refunded after about a month. I bought them again, but my order was wrapped in an invoice that belonged to someone else when it arrived; I have the name, address, and billing info of a total stranger, and am also worried about who out there may have mine.
