I went to visit on a very nice Monday, however when I left it wasn’t so nice after all. I went with my twin sister and she found a dress to try on. We went to the fitting rooms and she needed help zipping the back up. I went in the fitting room and closed the curtain and a worker yelled at us “only one lady per dressing room.” I politely told her I was helping my sister zip up the dress and she gave us attitude and said “it’s a store policy, get out.” So I left the room as my sister still needed help. Today 8/16/2021 I visited the Merrimack NH Premium Outlets for the first time. I was in search of a wedding dress since I will be a guest in just a week. The associate Alyssa helped me so much! She helped me find the perfect fits, sizes and styles. I ended up leaving with two dresses because I couldn’t chose but without her help I would of just gave up and went else where. Love this location! We shopped Friday and Saturday of memorial weekend both days we had Erin help us. I can’t say enough good things about her! So friendly and helpful very professional.
