Let me start by saying I love this brands products, so this review is more about service than the product. I've stopped in here a couple times. Every time I go in there, Diana, gives me little to no recognition I am even there, last time I walked in, no hello, while other customers walk in after me and are greeted. This past time was the last straw, as I know for a fact Le Creuset offers complimentary gift wrapping services in its stores. Upon watching the people before me in line get their items gift wrapped, with even the gift wrapping ribbon still out, I politely asked can you gift wrap this item please? She proceeded to say (without even saying hello) "We don't do that here". What? I just saw you gift wrapping the person's item before me. I replied with "I see the gift wrapping ribbon could you at least put it on it?" She scoffed, and actually put the ribbon inside of the mug, and sloppily wrapped it with kraft paper, seriously? You couldn't even be bothered to at least put a bow on it? I was pretty insulted by the whole ordeal and its not like i'm not a paying customer, this store has always been one of my favorites but no longer going to this location. It was rude and the world needs less of people being rude...
Read moreI received this broken crock as a Christmas gift shipped directly from the manufacturer. I drove one hour to the store they said they don't 'do returns' in the store. Drove home and called customer service for a return label. I was the 47th customer in the cue. I emailed asking for a store credit & gas reimbursement since NO WHERE does it say I can't return in person. They won't give me a store credit only a replacement--even though I already have one, they will only send me a new one. This is without question the most deplorable customer service experience ever. My sister spent $87.00 on a crock with 4 utensils in it, it broke during shipping, and the $56.00 bowl she bought to go with it is nowhere to be found. They don't want to deal with that issue either. I own so much of their product--but I think it is time...
Read moreGot a great deal on a dutch oven that was on sale, but got it home and realized they had scuffed the bottom at the store. They stacked the pots on the display table so that the rough edge around the bottom pot scuffed up the base of the one above it. I had asked for one that wasn't on display, but they said this was the only one left. I didn't think to check the bottom. You can get great cookware here, but just make sure you check it from top to bottom before purchasing a...
