Went there with blonde highlights and some low lights they were really warm which I told the stylist I didn't want warm just ash showed her a picture of what I wanted and we talked for a while and got a game plan she did partial highlights using light in the front and dark in the back. She said she was going to use a toner I had no clue the cost because she NEVER mentioned it. I read the process online for haircut 35 and partial highlight 65. Well after I walk up I was charged 170 dollars!and then she says I couldn't have given you a cost before hand because I didn't know. My hair looks the same just more yellow I called the next day and the owner told me she saw me that night and it looked fine and that she noticed I was surprised with the cost. I hate my hair is damaged not what I wanted and I paid an insane amount which is not right to do to someone my advice is to steer clear of this place! I am reporting them to the business burrow not right to falsely...

If you want a haircut that is lopsided come here. I went back for them to fix it and Ro made it worse. She was pleasant to my son, but she doesn't cut hair well.

She asked what I wanted, and the one thing I said repeatedly was I want it even. She said you know what you want, and I again repeated that I want it even. That was the first appointment. I have over an inch of hair on the left and the back and the right is short and layered. I have 3 styles on one head that don't match. Thanks for nothing as I'm going to have to pay extra to get this fixed.

The main person that answers the phone is also pushy. I miss the girl that used to cut my hair here, and yet sadly now know why she left....

I had an incredible facial called “ The ultimate facial” today with Kasey! She was absolutely amazing at her job she is so knowledgeable, caring, and attentive.
