I went to Hair Attractions for keratin bond hair extensions and requested a caramel balayage style to match my existing hair color. Instead, the stylist dyed my entire hair black, completely ruining the balayage I already had, and then randomly added blonde pieces that didn’t blend at all. The extensions were a disaster—they didn’t match my natural hair, it looked unnatural and the blending was completely off.

The next day at work, multiple people told me my hair looked terrible and that I should call to get it fixed. When I went back, the stylist only took a few minutes to cut my natural hair, which did nothing to fix the issue. To make matters worse, he cut the extensions in half (where the keratin is), which ruined their integrity of them and have them falling out so quickly.

I was also charged $100 for a Brazilian blowout that was completely ineffective. The treatment only took 10 minutes, which is not how a proper Brazilian blowout is done, and it had absolutely no effect on my hair texture. I cried for days over the results.

Out of desperation, I went to another salon, where the stylists were shocked at how badly my hair had been done. They told me that the extensions were placed randomly and not enough were used, likely to cut costs. They had to add two extra bundles of hair to make it look natural. They also redid the Brazilian blowout on the top half of my head so that my natural hair would actually blend with the extensions.

While my stylist, Lonnie, was nice, that does not excuse the awful service, the damage to my hair, or the money I wasted. I would never recommend this salon to anyone. If you care about your hair, go...

As scary as it can be when it comes to your hair, sometimes you have to step outside your box. That’s what I did with Hair Attractions & I’m SO happy I did. Needed cut/color so bad with a new badge photo on the horizon & regular stylist unavailable for weeks. You know badge photos last FOREVER! Excellent communication (phone/text) so shot in the dark on a Saturday & they actually had availability with Andrea in the afternoon. The hair gods were on my side for the appt and ANDREA! It’s in an unexpected older strip mall & I drive by it all the time. DUH! But don’t pass it up. Hair Attractions has SO many services. Facials, waxes, lashes, spray tan, I mean everything. I gotta make an appt for that next. Let me tell you EVERYONE was so nice & welcoming. Andrea and I hit it off great. I am a realistic customer who is negotiable with results - not ridiculously unrealistic that it has to look like picture EXACTLY. So I told them my hair quarks, color I was hoping for but also end result. And what a team!! The owners & Andrea stood over me going over ideas of color specifics (all those numbers & letters) & then it was done. And then it was time for the cut! Uneven hair cut by an inch on one side only and very dirty place. Shelby cut my hair through a groupon and asked how I part it. She then cut my hair as if I will never part it any other way. I was very distracted by all the dirt and hair all over the place wondering if I should get up and clean for them as obviously no one had for a LONG time. I tried to deal with it without complaing for a week and then had a family emergency that took me out of state for a couple weeks. Upon my return I reached out to see if someone could just even out the one side. I was told that I should have called sooner as now there will be a charge. Thanks for being so understanding about me prioritizing my father's medical care while being hospitalized over making sure to call you to complain about my hair.
