I am middle of the road while I have been to several Starbucks around Mesa, I have a hard time getting my drink made as I want it. Mango dragon fruit made with Lemonade and light ice. I always get t with too much ice and made with water. Tonight I stopped to get myself and my daughter one for happy hour in which the employee told me I needed to be a GOLD Member I said really because you ran this special 2-3 weeks ago and that was not the case. To which he quickly replied yeah it's new. I paid full price for both of my drinks and when I got home I looked at my Starbucks app that told me there was happy hour today. No where on here does it say that you must be a gold member. So if it is the case Starbucks then put it in the fine print. Between getting my drink wrong at every location but the one inside Fry's and Guadalupe and Signal Butte to which I say thank you to Mike and team. And being charged full price during a happy hour to which I see no fine print about being a gold member. 2 stars for this location specifically and all but the one I mentioned is all I can give. Read moreI live across the street from this location, so I’m a pretty frequent morning customer. I’ve never been to a Starbucks with this awesome of a team. Every morning these guys are working their butts off and have not once given me something subpar. They always write little notes on drinks during the week saying “thank you” or “good morning” and the effort they put into the quality is just so appreciated. Even when they’re slammed, they invest the time to make sure everyone gets exactly what they want. I don’t ever mind waiting if I need to because I know my drink is going to be delicious and made with love. I have similar previous experience, so I know how difficult their roles can be sometimes, and seeing them put forth the effort every day and be so kind and hardworking is really something to admire.
