I went for an layers cut, booked an appointment with Antonia, she was the least experienced person but she was so good at what she does, the way she washed the hair making sure that her nails don’t hurt my scalp was appreciated, she gave a beautiful head massage and her fingers were magical, on the floor she took the time to talk and see my requirements are and passed on her suggestion, gave me confidence when I wanted to go more shorter but she then suggested that much losing the inches won’t be necessary to attain what was needed which surprised me

Had a nice experience overall, Kelly was sweet and very inviting, her husband too. The place itself had a nice vibe and people treated you well. Nothing to rush or having something on their mind when they were having a busy day but taking the time to make every single one of them important was really impressive.

I have not reached the nice part yet They offered a redo at no cost since I was a first time client if in case Iam not satisfied with the haircut or if I had some Change of heart and wanted to do more or something different after the haircut was completed and the time limit given was within 2 weeks getting the hair cut, I mean no body in the past 13 years of my life in AZ had offered me this chance, I mean like I have been to a top salon in downtown Scottsdale to Aveda institute in Tempe, there is not a place that I have not tried, I love exploring options, coz I keep moving places even if it’s within Phoenix and even if I had find a good place for the haircut, I love exploring and I won’t be disappointed if I don’t get good results. It’s just my nature.

Then within a week I felt to have little tweaks here and there, I was given an appointment with the master stylist Kelly herself and she had the big heart to spend few min for me. I mean like it might sound nothing and not a big deal but to allocate the time even if it’s a few min that’s really nice.

Really appreciate it and their work was phenomenal. I am done changing stylist and settled for good with Schwann. I even tried with their another stylist Allie for the second time and she did an amazing haircut for me. I had the BEST experience at this salon!! I haven’t been able to get my hair cut at all during COVID, and it was very overgrown. I started searching for salons near my house and I called to see if they accepted walking, Michael answered the phone and was so positive and kind, scheduled my appointment for 30 minutes later. When I arrived, they were very interested in my life outside of my hair care, they want to know about your routines and how they can help make your experience loving your hair even better.

Carrie was my stylist today and she was very thorough and checked every step of the way to make sure my hair was exactly what I wanted. She was very patient and super fun to talk with. I always feel the need to apologize for the length of my hair and she made me feel so at home. I was really happy to have someone kind taking such good care of me.

I also learned that Kelly will be taking care of my husband’s hair care needs as well and it makes me feel very good to know my family’s quality of hair life will be in great hands!!!

Was referred to Allie and could not be happier! Making an appointment online was super simple. When I arrived to the salon, I was greeted at the front desk and immediately offered water. She even asked if I wanted cold water or room temperature! I was asked to fill out a quick questionnaire. On it, they ask if you'd prefer a social experience or a quiet relaxing one. I talk all week long for work so I was thrilled that I could just sit and relax for the hour! Allie came and greeted me right on time. She was so friendly! She took her time asking what results I was hoping for. She did an amazing scalp massage during my shampoo. And then really took her time on the cut. She did a blow dry and styled my hair. She let me know I could call her directly if after leaving, I wasn't satisfied for any reason and needed a touch up.
