It's impossible to convey how much admiration and respect I have for Michael and Suzanne at Oak for Less Furniture. I live in Colorado and found them online when trying to search out a stunning console that was proving difficult to get hold of locally. I called them up and spoke to them about ordering it and getting it shipped here. Michael immediately gave me a sense of assurance and confidence I could not explain. The console was ordered and arrived safely at Oak for Less. They arranged to have it shipped to Colorado and kept in touch with me every step of the way until it arrived at my home. In fact, Michael and Suzanne went above and beyond to assure me that everything would be fine and that my console would arrive in pristine condition. I would have spoken to them half a dozen times throughout the process. Not once were they irritated or exasperated. They were sweet, patient and never rushed our calls. True to their word it arrived smelling new and looking divine, protected by plastic and two very thick blankets. It's beautiful beyond belief, made even more so by a couple who don't just talk about caring for their customers, they show it in a way that has left me forever in their gratitude. They are the most honest, trustworthy, thoughtful, kind, admirable people I've ever dealt with. I wish I'd known about Oak for Less when we were on the hunt for other unique pieces of furniture! Having decided we needed not only a new but a larger dining room table, we began our search. None of the big box furniture stores had the style nor color of wood we were looking for. Then we found Oak For Less Furniture - perfection! They had exactly what we were looking for and for at an excellent price!

When the table came the leaf didn't sit quite right in the table, there was a gap. The set up and delivery man said not to worry, that Michael, owner of Oak For Less, was a stand up guy and he would certainly make it right.

Michael did just that. He immediately ordered a new table top for us and had it delivered at no cost to us. We appreciate his assistance in solving the problem with the table and his professional attitude over the whole situation.

Now let me add, I wish we'd have found this store earlier, when we had more furniture still on our list to buy. Their prices are incredibly reasonable. They have lots packed into a small showroom and more available if you are willing to look through their catalogues. They also carry lots of decor, clocks and such, things that I'd never imagine looking for at an Oak furniture store. Check them out! You won't be...

I found the buffet I was looking for finally! Saw it on Wayfair for $1339. I did some research and found the exact same one at Oak For Less Furniture online for $829. Called Wayfair to see if they price match because we have bought quite a bit of furniture through them and have been happy, they don't. So I placed the order through Oak For Less. I got a call from Michael that same afternoon asking if we'd be home later so the buffet could be delivered. The delivery company they used were excellent also. Called twice to let us know about the time they'd be there and then again at 20 minutes out. Carried the piece in, placed it where we wanted and made sure everything was as expected.
