Gwen is the shining gem of this location. We will keep coming back just to see her. She is always so nice, makes sure to get our order correct and has a wonderful presence. I hope you have a wonderful day Gwen!

I am a repeat customer. I come here multiple days a week because this location is very close to my work. I've recently started picking up lunch runs for coworkers also. That's about to change because of some of your "workers". If Nadja is truly your manager like she claimes she needs to be fired. I'm tired of her sighing loudly at me over the drive through speaker when I dare make an order and FORCE her to work. She was very rude when we tried to ask about a debit card problem that's been happening and instead of answering our questions about why they always have to swipe our card multiple times where numerous "processing" order charges have to "fall off" over the next few days. Instead she just held the card reader up by the cord while looking at us like we're stupid. She had already handed our card back beforehand, so this feels very rude and appropriate.

Read moreMy daughter just came back from this location. Never, ever again. First to start they have both app exclusive deals and every day deals they show. We decided on 2 for $6 buttery Jacks (everyday deal no code needed or even a thing). When she gets there they tell her she needs a code. No, there is no code and I screenshot and send her to show the cashier, whom was also the supervisor on duty. She told my daughter nope not giving you that deal. I told my daughter our alternate order and she calls and said I have to go back they forgot some items. She's on the phone with me and says very politely "Hi, I was just here and " she was rudely cut off and said pull to the window where a bag was practically shoved in her hand and no sorry no have a nice night. No customer service at all. Food was mediocre at best. Usually haven't had trouble with this location, but time before this order was wrong and food cold and we let it go. This time the so called supervisor being so rude and not knowing what their specials are, along with part of the order missing and food not great. I will call corporate to make them aware. This was at 1:45 am and wasn't overly busy by any means....
Read moreMy fiance was here two nights ago and I am disgusted at the service he received, he went through the drive thru to order the new box they have and once he got to the front to get his food the SHIFT MANAGER mentioned how busy they were and understaffed and kept huffing and puffing. A few seconds later he DROPPED my fiance's burger on the floor and tried to walk around the corner to pretend he didn't do it. My fiance opened the bag and the wrapping WAS OPENED and there was HAIR inside it. I was disgusted at this point already.. On top of that he ordered curly fries and it came with two curly fries and the rest were COLD regular fries. The drink had 5 ice cubes (LITERALLY) and the soda was FLAT. My fiance immediately went inside furious to get a new burger. They didn't offer a refund or even an apology. The man actually laughed when he was told this happened and said "sure" when my fiance explained what had just happened. I reported this location and with be sending a letter to corporate today.
