The only reason why I came to this store is because my 12 year old little brother came across them on Instagram. We regret even stepping foot in this place. Right off the back, there was no greeting or welcoming vibe. 2 guys were standing behind their “counter” , did not provide any assistance whatsoever. My little brother knew what he wanted, picked out his shoe, and asked the guy behind the counter “Do you have size 12 in this?” - the guy laughed and replied “It’s in your hand. We wouldn’t put it out if we didn't have it” and proceeded to chuckle. Not cool. Yeah, I get you want to be a smartass, but not with me. I immediately intervened and told the guy, “that’s not what he’s asking you, we’re not about to spend $400 on a shoe that is left out in the open, unwrapped/unsealed, and accessible to the public. My little brother was asking for a “new” shoe with a “new” box”. But that’s only if you have the means to provide additional stock in the back (clearly not). We’ll gladly take our business elsewhere. My family and I love supporting our local sneaker businesses, but this is the last time I’m wasting any energy at this 1 star (personally rated) sneaker store in AZ....

Amazing customer service! I live in Connecticut and have bought several shoes from them without setting foot in store! I follow on social media and have friends who have visited who referred me to the store. They post daily updates of inventory online . I've purchased both used and new sneakers from them. I've messaged then and asked for videos of the used shoes and within minutes I've been sent back full videos of the shoe. They charge a flat fee of 15 bucks for shipping . All my purchases have been authenticated and are 100% real. Overall just great response time, customer service, and tons of inventory. Cool place, bough a few times from here to check it out. But staff are kinda stand off-ish and I’ve never been greeted at the door and there’s definitely an elephant of ego in the room or something awkward for some reason. I’d at least expect something different if I visited someone’s home to spend good $ but it’s whatever. The gear they sell is in almost perfect condition every time so if you can get past that you’re good, good selection of kicks and streetwear but it’s on the higher side of market.
