I had the worse experience ever, try to purchase some items and the cashier, (according to her name tag she is a lead) didn’t know to process my payment and keep me in line for a long time saying my card was not working and keep making me try my card, I stand in line for more than 30 minutes and she just keep saying her system was not doing anything, I got tired of waiting in line feeling embarrassed because she didn’t know what she was doing and I finally told her to cancel my order and I was not going to buy anything, she stated she cancel the transaction and I was not going to get charge and when I check my account the amount it’s been charge to my account and I didn’t even purchase anything, this is...

I will give a 5 star review for the sales associate but I give a big thumbs DOWN to Old Navy rewards dollar use. I have 6 coupons giving me $120 off of a purchase totaling $300 or more. Please tell me if I have over the $300 in merchandise to purchase and there are NO exclusions as to what I can purchase that my purchases must be rung up per coupon .
