I have to say that I had an amazing experience here. I had just moved here and the place I was expecting to rent fell through AFTER I got here, so I had to get a new place to live and I came here due to divorce and I was in a new town and things weren't going well and I was really not doing too great. I was very upset the first day I came in and literally started crying in the store and had to leave. The gentleman that was helping me was named Michael M. he was so understanding and offered me words of encouragement and didn't make me feel like the situation was too embarrassing (which it obviously was) and he said to me, you deserve to at least have a comfortable place to sleep, please come back another day and let me help you. I was really thankful for how nice he was. I did come back the next week and I had to wait for him to finish helping someone else, he constantly checked on me to make sure I was ok with the wait, which I was. When he finished he found me a GREAT deal on an absolutely comfortable bed.... WITHIN my very tight budget. The delivery was ON TIME. The two men that delivered the bed handled it with perfect care as not to get it dirty at all. They adjusted my frame and set it up. They were in and out so quickly and both were very friendly. My husband and I went in initially for a new pillow since he’s been having neck pain because we don’t own the best quality pillows! Brandon had suggested possibly looking into purchasing a new mattress instead of a pillow… My husband and I have been talking about getting a new mattress for a while now, Brandon was very attentive and helpful and we gave him our budget and what we could afford for a new mattress and he went above and beyond!!! Brandon could’ve sold us a pillow and sent us on our way, but he was more concerned that the pillow would not even help my husband‘s neck problem while sleeping! He was able to find us a really nice king size mattress for an amazing price!! Brandon deserves a raise and is a fantastic person as well as as a salesman! We will definitely be coming back to this store!! We were recently at the same location and bought our daughter a queen size mattress for Christmas and the person that helped us then as well was super amazing as well!! That’s why we decided to go back to this exact store to find a pillow, but ended up leaving with a mattress instead lol!!! The showroom was a lot smaller than expected, but not really an issue. There weren’t many people in the store and I figured we’d be offered assistance at some point. The sales associate was with a customer, but there was another salesperson there and neither acknowledged us when we walked in. I wasn’t expecting assistance right at the moment, but figured it would come eventually. The selection for the “budget” priced mattresses was small and we weren’t told there was more of a selection/options until we went to a different location after this. We decided to leave and as we were walking out the door is when we were finally spoken to. At that point we were done with that place. Luckily we went to a different Mattress Firm location thinking there would be a bigger selection. The location near Superstition Springs mall was about the same, however our experience was vastly different. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and even though the manager was with a customer at the time, he still acknowledged us. When he was free, he came right to us and helped us.
