Normally I go through the drive thru but I needed to use the restroom so went inside. There was a girl at the front taking drive thru orders that completely ignores my presence. A kid walked to the front and looked at me, then went to the back! Seriously!!??? Am I not a human being? What the hell. Some acknowledgment would be nice!... I understand it it was available to help but they have just acknowledge that I'm there and save someone will be with me soon, but no.... It was as if I didn't exist! Finally when the girl is done with the orders she just stared at me and waited for me to speak. No "hello" no "hi how can I help you?" no "what can I get for you nothing!" The only person that is ever friendly is an extremely tall guy that they make hunch through the tiny drive thru window.... it's ridiculous. It gets worse.....my order was forgotten and 9 cars went through the drive thru and made their order after me and got their food first! And the bathroom....OMG worse than a gas station! If the bathroom looks like that I wonder what the kitchen looks like. Who is the manager and why would they allow such filth? Update: at least they refunded my order and the drive-through girl was very apologetic... But man there is so much disorganization and lack of communication at this place

Wow.. went there because website said inside seating was open. Walked 2 miles.. to get there.. inside door was open.. my daughter opened door to get the app order.. employee yelled at her.. " inside is closed" told her to go thru drive thru.. she ordered drink.. WITH OUR ORDER..employee said BAHA BLAST were broken. To get reimbursement thru app.. DID NOT offer her an alternative.. I went to drive thru. And employee ignored me.. I tapped on window. Employee ABRUPTLY yelled we are closed. Even tho it was 11:45. And they don't close till 12am. BURRITO WAS TERRIBLE.. we ordered on app at 11:20pm. Picked up when app said at 11:45pm. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!! TACO BELL WAS WAY BETTER!! that doesn't say to much. This employee should be FIRED! I Couldn't give ZERO STARS. ZERO IT WAS..

Ridiculously lousy customer service and horrible food. As u see from the picture, they burnt the hamburger bun and did not have the steak burrito I ordered in the bag. I called and asked them to refund the cost of the burrito to my card. The kid who I was talking to said the only thing they could do is make the burrito, and I would have to drive back there and pick it up, and then he hung up on me. I drove down there, furious. I got there and asked for my refund, and the same kid that hung up on me said he could only make the burrito. I said that's unacceptable, and he proceeded to argue with me. Finally, another kid said we could make a refund in cash. All that just to get my refund for a burrito they did not give me. If u need to go to Del taco, go to a different one.

Ridiculously lousy customer service and horrible food. As u see from the picture, they burnt the hamburger bun and did not have the steak burrito I ordered in the bag. I called and asked them to refund the cost of the burrito to my card. The kid who I was talking to said the only thing they could do is make the burrito, and I would have to drive back there and pick it up, and then he hung up on me. I drove down there, furious. I got there and asked for my refund, and the same kid that hung up on me said he could only make the burrito. I said that's unacceptable, and he proceeded to argue with me. My last visit to Del Taco was my single worst experience at any fast food restaurant. My nine-year-old daughter and I we're going to get tacos for Taco Tuesday. We knew it would be busy, so we went a bit early and ordered ahead of time on the app. The app did not save us any time. Once I placed our order, the instructions were for me to go through the drive-thru to let them know that I had ordered on the app, and then they would start making our food. So I didn't understand the point of ordering ahead on the app. When we arrived, the drive-thru line was deep into the adjacent parking lot. So I parked in front of the store and walked in to let them know in person that I had already placed my order. They were visibly busy, but I stood there, the only one in line to order, for just over 7 minutes without being acknowledged whatsoever. Finally, one of the many customers standing in the background waiting for their food asked me (loud enough for the front staff to hear) if I had even been greeted, to which I replied, "No, not yet" (again, with some volume). An employee standing nearby then looked in my direction and said hello, then asked me what I would like to order. I informed him that I had already ordered on the app. He asked for my name, did something on the computer, and then told me it would be out shortly. After approximately 30 minutes of waiting there, I finally noticed that people that had arrived after me were getting their food, so I again asked the gentleman about my food. After a whole lot of back and forth and the employee running around, he finally threw his arms up and walked over to the drive-thru area where my food was sitting there in a bag, who knows for how long. He said something to the three employees working that area, then promptly handed me my food and told me to have a good night. We drove the 4 minutes home to discover the food was soggy and no longer even warm. We each took a couple of bites and tossed it; it was awful. I just wanted to clarify that the restaurant was busy and the gentleman helping me was quite friendly. But we waited over an hour to get food that was no good to eat. If I could give ZERO stars I would. I most likely won’t be going back to ANY del taco. On 10-5-23 at approximately 7:30 I went through the drive thru to let them know I had two mobile orders. The guy that was working the drive thru was very rude. I asked him if I could add 2 orders of the new churro fries. The guy was very rude and said it’s going to be a bit of a wait. When I got to the window they began handing me my orders and I paid for the 2 orders of the churro fries but when they handed me the fries they only gave me one. I told the guy at the window that I had ordered 2 and he said well we only have you down for one so you can pay for them again. After receiving our orders I asked to speak to the manger. This young looking girl came to the window and we asked for her name and she said her name was Emily. And when we asked for the guys name who was running the window taking orders Emily asked us why. We told her because he was very rude and while we were talking to Emily she was extremely rude to us as well. After arguing with us she finally said his name was Gabe. Emily just kept asking us why. It seemed to us like she didn’t even want to help us and she didn’t even care. In my opinion Emily isn’t management material at all. Her attitude was very cocky and extremely unprofessional. This place makes McDonald’s look better honestly. Between three people in my family we spent $60 and after that experience we had there last night we wish we would have went somewhere else. We went online to read the reviews and they weren’t any better. Other people have had the same or worse experience. I honest doubt anything will be fixed about this even though it really should. I don't write up negative reviews on places. But after the bad customer service along with the joke of an email I felt the need to write this . On Saturday 6-11 we went through the drive thru and ordered food . We got two bags and when we got home we found out half our order was missing. So we called the restaurant and spoke to a guy who was rather rude and unapologetic over the phone but said that we could come back and they would make our food. We drove 20 minutes back to restaurant and when we got in the drive thru and spoke to same guy who served us before he said they already made it and it was sitting there waiting for us. I disagreed with that immediately as a person who has worked in fast food I know you don't make the food before the customer gets back to your restaurant. You don't know where they are driving from etc and you want to give them hot food and not something that has been sitting there for several minutes. He blamed the manager for that decision. We drove up to the window and spoke to the manager who blamed him. So neither took responsibility and we got to leave w cold food which was stuck to the paper and we ended up tossing it . I was trying to get my daughter soft Tacos so she could eat something after getting braces friday but she ended up eating something else.

I was upset and disappointed so I filled out a complaint on the website and guess what folks. They were so sorry they sent me a coupon for $1 if I buy $3 worth of food. We definitely...
