In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Mesa

October 2025- This location has been burning my buns consistently for the last 4 weeks. I called and gave feedback 4 weeks ago about the issue, I didn't ask for anything, they sent me 3 gift cards, that was nice of them. It stemmed from ordering 3 cheeseburgers which all had the buns burned so hard that all you could taste was burned bun. It's black on the outsides but it makes the bread really hard even where it doesn't appear burned. I like the bread here, when it's cooked right.

I go to In-N-Out for consistency, with how expensive everything is these days, I want a consistent cheeseburger that tastes the same no matter where I am. I can stop in at an In-N-Out in Texas or Colorado and have the same experience, that's what I like about In-N-Out, consistent quality.

In the evening is when it's really bad, I've used 2 of the gift cards so far (double-double) and have ordered my usual (2 cheeseburgers) paying on my own about 3-4 times so far. I go about 1-2 times a week to this location, usually at or shortly after 1030am, or in the evening sometime. The evening seems to be where the burn is the worst.

Once the issue is corrected (after confirming 2-4 times), I will update my review back to the 5 stars - because I love In-N-Out and I want this location to do better.

April 2025- I come here once or twice a week, there is no other fast food place that comes close to the quality of this location. I only order cheeseburgers, and they're delicious 100% of the time. I go through drive-thru and inside, I've seen them review food before it goes into customer's hands and they check the quality to make sure it is at a high level. If they see something wrong, they remake it, no questions asked. Very professional employees, never had an issue, I love eating here.

If the line is out to the light, your best bet is to walk in and order food - it'll be faster. Great location! I love this place!

$4 for an amazing quality cheeseburger, beats out the competition by miles for the money. You don't even need anything else, get a double double if you're hungry, but 2x cheeseburgers for a solid $8~ in today's economy, can't go wrong.

The drive-thru line can get crazy in the evenings and on Friday/Saturday, so be prepared to wait for a little bit if you come after work. I tend to go inside these days if the line is out to the middle of the parking lot, going in seems faster in those situations. It's worth the wait either way.

This location is awesome as are every other in and out I've ever been to. It is always cleaned top-notch as they always have someone cleaning up non-stop in the dining room and the bathrooms as well. It may look like a crazy weight but I've never waited more than about 10 to 12 minutes from my food which is well worth the wait. The staff is always very friendly, if you bring kids don't forget to ask for hats stickers crayons Etc. On rainy days they have free hot chocolate. Check out their secret menu online before going it's pretty fun to order that way. Every time I've gone the quality of the food has been excellent. In the event that they have forgotten an item on the order all I had to do is walk up to the counter and let them know and no questions asked not even looking for a receipt they said they would bring it right out to me which they always did. For the price of the food you cannot beat it because the quality of the food is awesome and always fresh. I prefer to ask for my French fries well done and they come out perfectly crisp otherwise they can be a little limp. Try the french fries animal style it's awesome and try a burger protein and animal style leaving off the bun it's pretty good that way too. The drive-thru line is absolutely crazy and I will only go through it if there's about 8 to 10 people in it otherwise it wraps around the parking lot and almost out to the street sometimes. Update for lunch rush at 1:00pm on Tuesday, March 5th, 2024. I take my 2 children through the drive through and order. All is right aside from my coke not being a large. So there’s mistake number 1. Number 2 is the gentleman at the pay window was too busy to take payment pushing it to the other window which was even worse today. The 2 girls talked so fast and I had needed food very badly at this point that I hardly heard what they said so just said yes and paid with the dark haired girl. The blond girl was shoving my food out to me so fast I about dumped it in my car and then asked if I wanted catchup. I replied no thank you but please 8 spreads and 1 pepper. I got 3 spreads a ton of catchup which we never use and 2 peppers. ORDER ACCURACY PEOPLE! I then had to enter the restaurant and the girl inside was very lovely and had no issues giving me the remainder of what I had actually asked for the first time. Bonus; there is no fork for my animal fry. A customer shouldn’t feel like a bother coming to a restaurant.

It's always a pleasure to go through and get an American burger here. It's always clean, and for the most part, the people are great that serve you. I've never had a wrong order though its not to say it hasnt happened to someone else as people aren't perfect, but this place is super close to...
