Pied Piper Bakery — Local services in Mesa

I stopped by this bakery because I had been craving peach pie. The shop is clean and there were many options to choose from. I went to the obvious windows on the right of the counter and there were many cream and cheesecake options. I selected the triple chocolate, not my 1st choice but I would try. As I was purchasing, I noticed on the other side of the store were all the fruit pies. So many options! I also got a slice of peach. The pies are incredible! Tender, flakey, flavorful crust, the fruit is cooked to perfection not mushy, It is sweet, but not overly so. I made the mistake of just trying a forkful of the chocolate that I was saving for the next day. It was so amazing I thought of it the rest of the night and had trouble waiting. The owner is very friendly, proud and informative about their pies, with good reason, They also have a punch card for freebies. I feel the store calling me just like Yogi following the waft of good smells on a window sill...I guess I better starting working out to burn all the calories I anticipate consuming! Make sure you come to the big grand opening...

It’s a long story that started off with. I forgot to order the Father’s Day banana cream pie. Then I went to Piefection to get a pie and they were sold out so I left looking for the banana cream pie. The perfect banana cream pie for my husband. I googled and found Pie Piper and had never heard of them. Called which they had great customer service said they could make me whatever and that they were open till 10 pm!!! Drove to their location only to find out it was right around the corner from my house after I had just drove 20 minutes to the other bakery! Arriving the aesthetic in the bakery is A1, simple and cute. Staff was EXTREMELY friendly and wished to see us again. Now let me get to the pies, they were for my husband, I don’t like bananas. I ATE AS MUCH AS HIM! Phenomenal pies and cannot wait to return and try more! It’s our anniversary tomorrow so I’m definitely stopping by!
