Trail Riders Ranch Mobile Home and RV Park — Local services in Mesa

BEWARE: This is the WORST "RV park" we've ever been to. First of all, it's really a run down mobile home park with a few horrible RV spot sprinkled throughout. Secondly, the customer service is probably the worst we've ever encountered. They have no one that actually works in the office and there is no after hours or maintenance emergency available. The 'amenities' are outdated and not maintained. We reserved a spot that was supposed to fit our 40 ft motorhome. It did not fit and there was no one available in the office or after hours to call. We sat there for 4 hours trying to get the RV into the spot, but couldn't. And we are very experienced RVers. This was 2 days before a holiday and they were closed with no one available at all. We finally had to make a last minute reservation at another RV park and move locations. We had to pay double for the last minute spot. We sent an email to Trail Riders immediately following and didn't hear back for 5 days. Once we did hear back, the response we got was 'sorry, no refunds.' They claimed they measured the spot and we should've been able to fit, but that was not the case. WARNING: Do NOT stay at this place. It is NOT an RV park and would not recommend this...

I was hoping to move here just before covid, & had found a home I wanted to buy. The pandemic killed part of my income, which delayed my move. This allowed me ample time to thoughtfully consider my move. I continued to search properties throughout the year, & was thrilled to find a great resale home in Trail Riders. I’ve only been here a short time, & have met AMAZING neighbors. I’m originally from MN, & lived in Sun Lakes & South Chandler for 21years. Trail Riders maintains that small town community feel I’m used to. And it’s MUCH more convenient to everything than living on the edge of the metro. (I’m a realtor, & travel the whole metro for work. My wife and recently purchased a mobile from a private owner. Trail Riders Ranch Mobile Home and RV Park has a clean appearance. MAR strives to promote a safe, crime free community. The community is friendly and there are activities to be involved in inside the park and around Mesa. There is a swimming pool, fitness room, wood working shop, craft room and an activity center. If we were to suggest a new activity, it would be some educational programs maybe along the lines of an Active Minds series. We have only been in the Park a short time, so we do not know all the programs. In a year, we will have a better understanding.
