This Burger King is absolutely TERRIBLE and Disgusting! Whatever happened to ordering a Whopper Your Way? We, a party of 3 adults and 1 child, just had lunch there - what a mistake.
We attempted to order at the register but was rudely alerted that the 6-digit code system is down and if we wanted to use the code we would have to use the mobile app. So we ordered the $22 (2) Whoppers, 2 Original Chicken Sandwiches (OCS) and (2) 8-piece Chicken Nuggets via the mobile app. What a Disaster that was - every single sandwich was prepared incorrectly.
When we alerted the restaurant, the Management Person (younger lady hispanic) was quite unprofessional and attempted to show us on the monitor that it wasn't her fault the food was prepared incorrectly, decided to point fingers instead simply offer to remake the sandwich. Although, my sandwich was made incorrectly, I decided to eat mine. I mean how difficult is it to make a OCS with only lettuce and ketchup, one only lettuce. How difficult is it to make a whopper with only Mayo and Tomato? How about a Whopper with Cheese with No Tomato , No Ketchup?

We had to wipe our own table off with a napkin. The older manager with black hair and black glasses was too busy taking orders on the drive-thru than leading her team through lunch hour. She wouldn't even recognize us when we brought the sandwich back, instead waited for the other manager to acknowledge us - Looking over the reviews, this manager has been mentioned several times as being RUDE af and or unprofessional - why does she still have a job?
I will not return to this BK anytime soon! When the food sucks, which it did, we should be compensated for the loss of time, discount, a free dessert or something - but the manager did nothing to make it right - just pointed fingers. ...

When I try to make my order I told the lady that I wanted an double King Burger. She acted as though she had no clue what I was talking about. She asked me do I want a double King bacon a double King sourdough a double King s sourdough bacon a double King Rodeo. I politely replied I would just like the original double King. She responded back to me with I have no clue what you're talking about what are you talking about. I told her I would like the double King that is in the picture next to the bacon double King. Her response was I cannot see the picture and I do not know what a regular double King is. I got so frustrated I just drove away and went to the Burger King down the street. When I went through the drive-thru I ordered a double King with no problems. I decided to call this location and ask to speak with the manager and was told the manager was not there until Wednesday and her name was Anna. The lady on the phone was the same lady that tried to take my order in the drive thru she asked me is there a problem. I told her that I just went to the drive-thru to take my order and her customer service was terrible and I had no problem making my order at another Burger King and I was going to be calling to talk to her manager and I want to know her name she told me her name was Maria and hung up on me. I do not understand how this location has so many bad reviews about customer service and something has not been done yet whoever the district manager is at this location needs to be made aware of all these terrible reviews and hold a school establishment customer service training update course. Read moreI live within walking distance and the app has great family deals. This morning will be my very last time. I have over looked the fact that 9 times out of 10 when I ask for cheese, I'm charged for it, never get it. The fact that my niece used her foodstamps through the drive thru and they asked for pin, which was weird, she gave it and by the time she got home all her stamps were gone. They charge for sauces, which is fine but the fact they are never in bag is not. This morning the manager is unprofessional, very rude and incompetent. As long as the duo has been out, NOBODY has said onion rings are not apart of the duo. They have done it every single time. This morning your manager refused. Not only refused but tried to humiliate me in front of other customers. While waiting a homeless woman came in asked for water, denied by the manager. Ask for restroom and was told only paying customers are allowed. This woman was crying, thirsty and was in need of the bathroom. I bought her something to get the water and bathroom. The manager threw a coin to the woman. When I was getting in my car, the woman thanked me. She explained to me that she escaped domestic violence, pregnant and sick. I understand some people may abuse the restroom, water but everyone has a story. You have no idea what a person is going through, been through and to deprive them of water and a bathroom is cruel. This manager is horrible, no customer service, no compassion and as a manager they should be better. This is a career path YOU chased. Take it serious and stop being so angry. I will never be back to this location. I rather drive 20 miles then deal with a person like this. Burger King you should definitely send a secret shopper in there.
