2nd UPDATE: The owner's wife has endlessly harassed me by email, and she is asking me for specific dates. The dates are over last 6 months, as well as my daughters' dealings where 4x she was denied the filling in the cronuts. I told her she should monitor her cameras every day. She would have seen me leave, she says she does. Well then why didn't she wonder why I just walked out? Food for thought. Hopefully this will make a difference. She then says, "oh I'm going to update our conversation, this is because I cannot give her a specific date. Again please update the conversation please. Because I cannot tell her what days I came in over last 6 months, she basically is calling me a liar. Just remember that all employers think their employees are not lazy and perfect most cases, however, all this woman did was ask her employees if they've denied putting filling in the cronuts, they all said no. She kept pushing free cronuts on me. MY review is not for free food. This company says they do something and sometimes they don't. I am a professional and work so much, I can't give anyone specific dates on anything outside of my work. She sits at home all day, and I work all day sometimes 6 to 7 days a week. Last time I stopped by for work, the guys simply said no when I asked for filling. I walked out and haven't returned. Do I know that date? no. it was in last 6 months. UPDATE... THE REPLY IS 100% DISHONEST. TRUTHFULLY THAT Was 2nd TIME IT HAPPENED TO US. I GAVE IT A LOT OF TIME BEFORE RETURNING AND IT HAPPENED AGAIN . PLEASE BE HONEST WITH THE PUBLIC. Came in early one morning to get cronuts for my office, just 6, and they didn't have enough and the older gentleman would not fill with cream, even for the ones he had. ...

I had the great pleasure of having my wedding cakes and desserts exclusively made by this bakery. They exceeded my expectations with the look of everything, but mostly the flavor of the cakes and desserts. Farzana is such a kind, energetic, talented baker! The guests were all amazed by her ability to make Desi flavored cakes and desserts. Her mango, tiramisu and rasmalai flavored cakes are HEAVENLY (these were my wedding cake flavors)! When working with her on creating a custom dessert menu for my mehndi she literally told me she has no limits and can make any flavor I wanted and she was right! She is so easy to work with! She is very knowledgeable and is honest in her work. Her professionalism and love for her work made the experience much more pleasurable. Her communication was great and I never hesitated talking to her! This is a family owned business and they really treat their customers with love! Edit 6/19/25 - not sure why you're confused. We hadnt been in six months because every time PRIOR to that sucked. Also, I've never seen you in there lady lol so of course you're gonna argue with me. I'm sure you have plenty of customers to keep you in business so we can probably stop going back and forth.

Edit 7/10- just so you know, they have told me no EVERY TIME I go in there. So I don't know if you are aware that your employees are NOT doing what you implied in your response to this review. Maybe you need to talk to your employees because the last 4 times I've asked the young guy tell me you guys don't do it. I'm letting you know, your employees clearly don't follow procedure then.

Used to come here all the time but the last few times were a bummer. We loved getting their cronuts and you used to be able to request to get the cream inside. Now they just look at you like you're crazy and say no. Not really movitvated to go back, service kind of...
