A week ago i switched my phone and was only charged 10 dollars for the sim card i take my daughter back and they charge her 25 dollars we have the same phone and on the same plan i don't understand the difference in prices it seems odd to me

Terrible everything... I gave them an opportunity to earn my business. Was one of the worst decisions I've ever made. Their employees are, in general, very lazy. They are often too busy playing on their phones. Act like you are bothering them when you require their assistance. 3 months after signing up, they made me buy another phone simply because they said that they "upgraded their network"... which I noticed zero difference or benefits... then 3 months later they did the same thing to my wife... they refused to give me my account number when I requested it... to eventually leave them for a legitimate...
