Until I forgot my identification at home in Utah on the day I hit over 1000 dollars! They tried using every excuse they could in order to keep my winnings because I forgot my id!? No, bad Dottys! Pay me I won I am obviously over 21 your lies you tried to use as excuses to not pay me got you caught up thankfully I do know the nevada gaming regulations, and I knew better. I made a call to the gaming board. The very same people who said they could not and would not pay me; yeah they would, and did pay me. Do not let the jerks at that place dictate to you their own made up laws designed in Dottys favor. Learn the regulations that are there to protect you the gambler from casino's like this Dottys that has employees that will lie in order to keep your winnings keeping your money so they can fill their own pockets. Lookpeople all I can say is educate yourselves because casinos have employees like this Dottys does. End story here is after Dottys was forced to pay me regardless of any excuse they fabricated, no matter the lie they told I got my money from them thieves. I know that I caught them trying to screw me because instead of taking the situation as a way to get knowledge and better understand the law they apparently do not know. I have been to Dottie’s twice now and have never been treated so rudely in my life. The guy there came iver to me and my friend after being there 10-15 minutes and asked what we were doing there? I said gambling, he asked if we wanted drinks and we replied yes but b cause we were gambling on the same machine having fun together ( it was my friend’s 72nd Birthday). He said we had to gamble on our own machine (boss’s orders). We proceeded to gamble on our own and try other machines. It was a non- caring, cold atmosphere to say the least. My husband and I had gone there prior to this day and were ignored the whole time and looked down on. I will never go back there again. The first minute we were in this establishment, I was accosted by a dog, so-called watch dog, but was interested in tasting me, not watching, and the employees just laughed. This girl has a tiny fear of dogs and does not see the humor. Also, games are so tight, $70.00 down in 10 minutes.
